Celebrating an anniversary, everything was truly amazing from the minute we walked in till we left, service was second to none , food was outstanding and overall makes it easy to return in the future.

We miss the tree. Prices are a bit much without a river

Had dinner here almost a year later to give it another chance. Our server Kylie was great, but I have nothing else positive to say about our experience. The steaks were tough, sides are mediocre, and prices are outrageous for the quality and taste of the food. I am convinced that the people leaving five star reviews either receive an incentive or lack taste buds. We spent $240 on a meal that left us both hungry.

One of the nicest places I've ever been. Most amazing service, food and atmosphere that anyone could ask for. First time here. Brought my wife for date night. Nick was our server and for a young man he was very well informed and knowledgeable of the food they served as well as being amazing polite and patient. This is now going to be a favorite and a regular cuisine for me and my wife on date night. Couldn't ask for anything better. Maybe except bring back the lobster bisque.

We've been to Tree/Chophouse about a dozen times over the past few years and always enjoy John & Theresa's service. We've taken family and friends, and planned to bring more family the next time they were in town. I always recommend Chophouse, sometimes unsolicited. The past two times, the food has been lackluster as a medium-rare NY Strip was cooked to medium-well both times. This past visit on Saturday, the steak was not cooked close to evenly and at its best was medium-well. The offer to replace the steak was extended again; however, I was made to feel that it was a major inconvenience. The food in general took longer to come out than expected and we were told it was due to the steak... We had plenty of food and didn't need the additional drink, so I decided just to eat the sides. The risotto was wet and runny and the recipe changed to where the mushrooms were no longer sliced, but whole. If it's up for debate, I recommend changing back, or at least ensuring the risotto isn't runny. The Brussels sprouts were very tiny and mostly leafy without substance. The Lobster Mac was phenomenal. The total before tip came out to just under $200 without the steak and I'm honestly not sure if I've ever been as disappointed at an upscale restaurant before. I'm a 24-year hospitality veteran and understand challenges and unfortunate one-offs, but I was pretty bummed to have this experience with what we considered one of our favorite local spots for date night. Unrelated: the staff reacting and joking about the elderly lady who fell was beyond inappropriate. I hope you followed up with her to make sure she's ok from slipping on whatever was on the floor.

Everything was great as usual for my birthday and of course the free birthday dessert but we tried the NY Strip for a change and it was tough and had lots of grissle. We were too hungry to send it back so we just chewed what we could and called it a night.

The wedge salad was great, not so much for the tuna or calamari. Tuna had no flavor and the calamari was drenched in sauce. The lobster tail was no good and the Filet was tough. The bright spot was great service given to us by our server Faith. Excellent job by her. Wish I could say I would be going back but afraid not!!!

I've been here a couple times now and the food and service never disappoints. Highly recommend. This is my go to for a delicious steak and the creme brulee cheesecake is a must for desert!

You would think all steakhouses would be the same, but they are not. This restaurant is casually elegant and serves up some delicious food. We tried the Don Julio "old fashion" and while it was good, we preferred a more traditional old fashion. We had the ribeye with crispy Brussels and Parmesan risotto. The risotto seemed a little under cooked but it was still good. We ended the dinner with banana bread pudding, carrot cake and coffee. Over all a lovely evening and we will be looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I planned our anniversary dinner here, we looked forward to it for weeks. Our first dinner date was at the Tree and it was one of the best steaks we ever enjoyed. I figured we would have the same if not greater experience under new ownership or name, but sadly it didn’t match up at all. Entering was a warm and welcoming greeting and seated promptly, we did add to our reservation that it was our anniversary, we were sat right by the waiters station in a side table, which we would’ve preferred a booth, but ok, just looking forward to the best steak !! The service started out great with rose peddles poured on our table & a bottle of red wine delivered and poured. We reviewed the menu pre hand, so we were ready to order, the anticipation was building!!! We both work very hard and don’t have opportunities like this very often so the anticipation of a great meal is building;) we are having a great time with small talk and laughs and start realizing it’s been awhile and no food except the bread sorry. Now it’s been over an hour and no meal;/ hmmm .. ? finally the food has arrived, everything looks amazing!!!! My wife had the trio “filet, shrimp &scallops, I had the the New York strip peppercorn coffee seasoned steak & brussel sprouts. My ordered medium and I med rare.. hers was medium rare , which looked amazing to me and mine was medium;( having a bite of hers was like eating a very tender steak with a burnt char with very little flavor , the last thing you taste is burnt crust;( very disappointing, all though my wife was satisfied;) cutting into my 64$ strip and taking my first bite was very disappointing the coffee peppercorn crust had no flavor at all, the marbling inside had not broken down , it was very tough and hard to chew. The brussel sprouts were also chard and had a burnt flavor with very little flavor . I was so disappointed at this point, I just wanted to finish up and get home were I had special plans for my beautiful wife;)!!!!!! But it took another 20 minutes to get our check and get out of there!!!! Never again;( I’m not sure how other reviews different from this one, maybe we had an off night with different cooks ?‍♂️ it was a 335$ evening and my dog ate half my meal!!!!!! Waging his tail the whole time!!!!!

Our 1st time going to dinner here. All I can say is wow! Amazing people/staff. Alex was our server. And he was phenomenal, he knew everything about the menu, recommended a few things, any questions we had he answered them with out any hesitation. He was great to our kids. Other serves would come check on us, fill our waters, clear the table. Even the manager that night came to great us, talked with us made sure we were getting taken care of. The food was so delicious. The drinks were so good as well. I would say this restaurant is better than Ruth Chris. We would definitely be back.

Service was fantastic. Never ran out of water, app came quickly, salad was fresh, and steak was cooked perfectly. There were three of us and we all had a ribeye and the asparagus and lobster mac for sides. Both were plenty for 3 would have fed 4!

I had the pleasure of dining at Chophouse thirteen last night to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We had an amazing time, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.I started off with a cosmo that was both flavorful and strong. We shared the truffle meatballs and pork belly appetizers. Both were so flavorful. For my main I had the New York strip which was seared perfectly medium rare. My favorite part may have been the sautéed mushrooms and Brussels sprouts both were amazing.Theresa was our server and she was attentive, informative and so personable. The manager Nate also made a great impression at our table and was really welcoming. He made sure we all were having a great time. Can’t wait to go back for a date night!
