My kids love it here. There is a light skinned man that works there. A few years ago when my son was about 3 he loved Chuck e so much. The guy played Chuck e . On the way out he was in his regular clothes and told my son Chuck e told me to tell you he loves you. ( he saw how much my son liked him) And it made my son so happy . I'll never forget that small gesture of kindness that made my little boys day. He's always nice and helpful when we go there. It's been a while but hope he still works there.

I give chuck E cheese a 3.My grand kids love the place.My kids love the place, but it doesn't have the spark.It did in the past. Like most restaurants it's understaffed but yet they did the best they could with the numbers they had. And I did do their best to make it a pleasant experience for me and my grand kids. So you can still expect pretty good pizza.Pretty good a pretty good time.Parking: It has its own parking location so never worry about parking

We told the lady this was our first time there. She wasn't very helpful. Another customer was more helpful than the employee. There were no soap in the women's room and one water faucet in the men's room didn't work.

This is the most expensive place to go to! We ordered one medium Pizza, cheese had no flavor at all, to feed two people $23, 20 wings that were supposed to feed four people but only could feed two people and they were so small they were smaller than your thumb I thought my eyes were deceiving me on how ridiculous and they cost $25, for a salad bar it was $11.49 we will never ever go here again it is so expensive and it was clean but that's where it stops. The little game rides were cute but be ready to drop $150 for only three adults and one child. Never again!! Also Chuck-E-Cheese was only on the floor for about 10 to 15 minutes out of the 2-hour time that we were there.

I took my granddaughters ( along with 8 adults) on spring break to Jacksonville location on Argyle Blvd. I ordered 2 pizza combo with XL supreme and we waited for the food for an hour. I literally spent $200 on 3 pizzas and a cookie pie. Two pizzas were ready instead of three. We waited another 30 minutes until I said I wanted a refund to the girl in the front. She said that my pizza should be ready and their machine was broken, but they got it fixed. They should have told us that the first time we waited for an hour for half our order. The manager came out to do the refund and didn’t speak not one word to even apologize. Very unprofessional and rude.

I have been to most of the Chuck E Cheese in Jacksonville and i must say the service was the best I have seen. And it was very clean as well. There servers were very nice and hands on for the party and it was much needed for the parents to be able to enjoy the party themselves.

We have been going to this Chuck E. Cheese for about 9 years. Its not terrible. My kids enjoy it. Like everything else the prices have gone up. Which you would inturn think the games would get better..ehh same old games...some are always broke..but they have added a few aimed toward older kids. My kids were pretty excited when Chuck E. Cheese Came out and hi fived everyone! Lol. We havent ordered off the "new" menu yet...again its a bit pricey. Im sure we will be back. Eventually.

I never give bad review, but this is an exception..went here the last weekend of the year for my oldest daughter bday, had a great time there and then the sickness happened. My whole family got sick flu like symptoms and we are all still sick, some sort of a viral infection is what the pediatrician said. Had to take my 5 month old in 2x to see her because she was so sick with fever and congestion. No RSV thank goodness.. maybe if the employees or owner took better precautions of disinfectanting the games and area, this could have been prevented. I am aware of children and how germs are spread.. perhaps wiping the handles of the games throughout the day it could cut back on the overload of germs. Times have changed, Needless to say I won't be taking my family to anymore Chuckies or anyplace like this for a long while.. thank you for the moment we had fun... But trying to recover and get better now.... ??
