Workers rotated at the entrance/exit. Male worker was not paying very close attention. Spent most of his time in his phone or at the counter. Had to run to the exit more than once when a group was leaving.

On March 24, 2024, I visited the Atlantic Beach location to celebrate my niece's special day. The establishment was clean, and all of the employees were friendly, hard working, and engaging with the patrons. I would like to give special thanks to Christian, Tiffany, Sase, Liz, and Marley, who kept the smiles coming!! Great customer service! I will definitely return. Thank you to Ms. Gloria, who made her outfit and Ms. Monica, who baked her cake to "literally," match her outfit. ❤️

Update ? I came again. They were paying attention to the security issue. You should continue this way. The toilets were clean and the environment was clean. It's nice to see it this way. I give 5 stars. I'm definitely being fair.There was a security problem when we went on Sunday evening. We waited at the door while we entered. At that time, there were people who took two children and went out. no one looked at them. They do not provide the safe number that is required when entering, so please do not trust these places and do not leave your child with you. When we went out, no one looked at our number. It's a fun place and the toilets are clean.

We went there for my goddaughter's birthday, and it was a disaster. There was not communication even with a general manager. There are good games for toddler to teenagers. They need to be more clear on the party packages. Food is OK.

It feels randown but what Chuck E cheese isn't? Guy at the front door walked out to the parking lot to greet us. Prizes were really lacking though and we really liked the sections being split off for kids games and grown

We came here for a friend's birthday party. The staff was AMAZING, very polite, helpful and great to the kiddos. I can't give this 5 stars though as most of the games/rides were out of order and not listed as such. The right side of the play area was so much hotter than the left, I'm not sure if it was because of the amount of people on that side or ac issue. All in all I recommend going for the staff friendliness alone!Kid-friendliness: The staff was AMAZING

Comparing it to going to chuck e cheese at h end of the pandemic to now it has improved its service and the food is back to good quality. Restaurant was segmented to the left small kids games with adult supervision and to the right bigger games such as skee ball and taller games were had. We went in the beginning of February to celebrate my nephews birthday and we had such a good time, haven't played those games in years ad earned 500 or so points by myself on my card. ONLY complaint I have is it should be cheaper to buy more time on your card so it encourages you to stay longer . ALSO not sure if it was a employee on break or custumer but did not appreciate two people in the womens restroom trying to film tiktoks by the sink .Free refills for the soda were tasty ans pizza was nice and toasted and I'm usually a texture eater so that's saying something NOTE: Chuck e walks around with an employee and plays gamesas took pictures with kids and played games it was so cuteKid-friendliness: Kids loved when chuck came out to visit ,high fivr, and play games and take photos . Security was doing their job making sure every parent or party member all left or entered with the same invisible ink stamp and were niceWheelchair accessibility: Kind of crowded, space between games would almost be impossible to navigate in a chair especially during peak hours , slight curb outside leading into the place. You would be able once in to navigate to the tables and soda machines easy enough as that's the most open space by the counters and restrooms which has one handicap stall . (Restroom was generally clean from what I saw of it )
