You normally have to ask for a fresh pizza to be thrown in because all the pizzas out are old. I’ve been a usual until on two separate occasions there have been roaches. On one occasion, there was one crawling in the salad on the salad bar. And the second time, one was crawling on the wall next to the table we were sitting at. Lastly, you can just tell they don’t care about their food quality.

Best customer service ever.!! Melissa was truly amazing.. I wish I could have her as an employee because she was super fast, accurate and yelling orders back as I was telling her.. she super sweet to.. although someone in front of me was a real racist jerk and the manager was right there and did nothing.. shame on you for not standing up for your employees.!! But big shout out to Melissa for being the absolute best.!! Thank you you so much for making my experience amazing.!!

Ordered delivery from cicis and delivery arrived fast but there were multiple black hairs on both the cinnamon rolls and the pizza. absolutely disgusting… wear hair nets or something. ?

The experience here at Cici's was great today especially because of Francisco. He showed great leadership and customer service skills! He took great care of us and our requests. He was running around doing all types of tasks from register to making the pizzas, making sure the drink station was clean. He greeted everyone and told everyone to have a great day as they were leaving! He definitely deserves a raise! Thanks Francisco! Came here with my family for my son and cousin birthday. It was pretty good just a few things they have to work on.
Went for lunch, and it was not busy at all, which was nice. The staff was very friendly and asked if we wanted anything to let them know. Some of the stuff on the bar was cold or ran out. Always something new, and the dessert is always great.
