Great ice cream as always, but customer service is awful. We walked in and were greeted by one of the five people that was working. She also was the one that helped my son with his order, I wish I would have gotten her name because she wasn’t the problem. The young lady that helped me seemed to be impatient with an attitude, the one that helped my husband seemed like they didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to make the order. We seemed rushed when we were trying to read the menu, the atmosphere was not inviting, very quiet and bland. Better customer service is definitely a need here, something that can be fixed. Ice cream was great though!

We got the banana pudding. It came with two little cookies a single inch banana. Taste is good just needs more topping. Ordered cookies and creams. Was told they don’t have it but they can mix something together. They placed one cookie as the topping. Over all the ice cream is good just needs more toppings. And it was crowded needs to be a bit faster. The Oreo also wasn’t not mixed well in the ice cream

John's birthday is today and dad and his wife wanted to meet up to give him presents and ice cream is John's favorite treat! This location is ice cream and Planet Smoothie! It's huge inside too- I was very surprised! There are so many options that it makes me dizzy! Pumpkin, banana caramel crunch, Reeses Peanut Butter Cup- and so many more (those are the ones that stuck out to me. John went with birthday cake flavor in a waffle bowl, chocolate dipped with sprinkles! Dad got an oreo mix ice cream, Caron went with mint chocolate chip and I picked the Reeses with chocolate ice cream and added banana to it! The guys working the counter were great even though 3 out of 4 of us were terribly indecisive! John picked first and fastest! We sat, ate and chatted for about an hour! We also picked a great time of day to visit- only a few other customers came in while we were there!

I entered the store, there was no one in line, I bought a $48 cake and asked him to please write me "happy birthday" and they told me they couldn't, a gentleman in line told them; There are 3 employees, one of you write it down. and a inexperienced employee said; We don't have permission to "write", wow you need a "degree" to satisfy the client. thank you

Cold Stone Creamery is good, they never disappoint. My wife loves this place. It is one of her favorite places to get ice cream. No matter which flavor or combination you create their ice cream is on the sweeter side but it's good.

Way too expensive in my opinion. Was charged 2 medium specialities plus extra dollar for ice cream ??? Do like how they mix ingredients in the ice cream before they put in containers.

Okay so I’ve been coming to this location for the past 2 years no issues but today when I went to go pick up my icecream (I placed an order through the app) I came in around 8:20 pm and the guy asked if I’m the one who placed it and if I did he needs to see ID. I said I have to go back in the car and get it and says “no problem it’s okay” I found that weird because my mom came in to grab my order a couple days ago and they didn’t ask for an ID . After receiving my order I had to sign for it. Never had to do that before. Even when I place an order at a different store when I’m out of town I never have to show ID or sign for something because I place my order through the app. Anyways why would I come in and randomly ask for an order for “christyl” obviously I’m the one who ordered it. I’m not trying to steal the icecream lol .

Workers were super nice and helpful but no one said anything when someone brought their dog inside. The dog was on a retractable leash and the owner wasn't paying attention to it so it was walking all around the store. It was a very small dog so if they were holding it the whole time or if they ate outside, I wouldn't care. It wasn't a service animal either.

Terrible customer service. Had to get manager on the phone who was reluctant to apologize on behalf of her employee Kimberly that refused to give me a spoon after my child had dropped hers. I sat waiting for 5 minutes and had to grab my own spoon and reach behind the counter MYSELF to get a spoon. Unhappy looking employees. If you want good ice cream go somewhere else, you won’t regret it.
