Visited on a Saturday evening. The greeter was friendly, and the wait time to be seated was very short. My waiter claimed he's from New Orleans, but I'm not that convinced. The food was okay. Wish the business would have played music from LA. My waiter claimed he's from New Orleans, but I'm not that convinced. Needless to say, the service could have been better. My husband and I arrived 15-20 minutes before a family of six were seated. We placed our order and drinks. Somehow, this family was able to receive their drinks, appetizers, and meal before us. Not to mention, the Chef himself brought food that was personally prepared for the family. That family had our waiter, the greeter, their waiter, and one of the chefs bringing them extra items. I had to reach out to my waiter for multiple things. I'm not hating on the family that got the presidential treatment. If we had better service, this review would be better. We need to include that our waiter was kind to us but failed to care for our needs. Forgot to mention, this was our first time dining and mostly be our last.Best of luck to the company.

Copeland's is always such a fun dining experience! I hadn't visited one in years, so my first time back was very much appreciated. The food was delicious, & our server was great! She took great care of us. We were able to taste a locally made spirit in our amazing cocktails & share yummy appetizers all around during happy hour. Plus, the atmosphere here is so sublime. Looking forward to dining with you in the future, Copeland's!?Parking: Plenty of free parking.

I dined in the newly renovated outdoor space. The space is absolutely beautiful. It's much brighter, and the current design makes it feel spacious yet intimate.

My friend from Virginia, was so looking forward to having here. We arrived at 6:05 pm, I have our waiter my full order, drink, appetizer, and main course, she ordered her drink and appetizer and told him give her 1 minute to decide on her main course. He didn't come back till he brought the appetizers. She then gave him her order. We waited ash's waited for our order to come out, we saw other people come in, get their drinks, appetizers and their meals while we continued to wait for ours. Our waiter never stopped at our table to check on us. I had to stop another waiter to see what was taking our order so long and to have them pack it to go now. We had been there an hour and half at this point. The waiter I stopped came out and said the manager would was coming out to talk to us. 15 minutes later the manager comes out with our dinner and apologized for it talking so long and explained that when they printed out the ticket, the steak didn't show on it. I let him know that we watched other people come in and get their full meals while we were waiting on ours .He apologized and said he would make an adjustment to our ticket. When he brought the ticket to us, he had only taken off $20, our bill was still $80, the waiter then took forever to come get our check and payment. We had to take our dinner home and reheat it which then tasted nasty after reheating it. We will never go there again.

Copelands has spent some money renovating, and it shows! The restaurant is lighter and more pleasant and the food was delicious as usual! Our server was pleasant but not attentive, and we ran out of drinks and had to wait quite some time to get his attention. He did recover well, and we will continue to dine there!

This is a redo of my review from last year because now I have to say I will never go back. We were there for an hour and a half and never got our food. Ok no we got it on our way out. We w watched people come in, eat appetizers and their food and we STILL didn’t have ours. The reason? When my steak came through to the kitchen it was the end of the ribbon so it didn’t print. So they did not get it. We were there for an hour and a half half and they did not get our order. we were told that the manager would be right out to see us, but he was really busy. We said it waited another 15 minutes at least for the manager to come out and say he was going to give us a discount. This discount was $20. $20 for us to wait an hour and a half and watch everybody around us come in and eat their food and us not get anything off our still $70. On top of that our waiter came to the table twice to check on us so the manager could care less that we have been sitting there that long to give us a lousy $20 and then on top of that he gives us our bill and I had to search for someone to ring it up. We didn’t even want it at that point. He had the nerve to tell us he was so busy. We were sitting right outside of the kitchen. He could’ve walked out and said I’ll be right with you but instead he just let us sit there for 15 to 20 minutes to wait on him never again while I go to that place I don’t care good food. So Mr manager And your attitude hope your happy!!

Went for Saturday brunch and had a good time. 4 stars for limited buffet options (was expecting more Cajun food) and lack of bottomless mimosas. I think they have more options on the buffet for Sunday brunch but Saturday is your typical American brunch fare: potatoes, omelet and waffle bar, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, grits, pecan cookies, eggs, fried chicken. The mimosas are $5 each and come in a tiny champagne flute, so not worth the price. Coffee comes in a tiny tea cup and requires constant refills. Staff very friendly and attentive. May go back for Sunday brunch, but with all the other options in town, I would prefer a spot with bottomless mimosas. $30 for Saturday brunch, one mimosa and coffee.
