Crispy's is a great lunch or happy hour spot located right in Springfield! I went on a Wednesday and had lunch at the bar with amazing service. I ordered the pizza special which comes with two pizzas, a salad and a drink. I believe these two slices were the Hubbard and the Main Street pizza for $11.75 and they were delicious. Great staff and great environment. Also family friendly.

Service was not good. Had to wave down bartender to get drinks and order food. It was NOT busy. Then he boxed up our last piece of pizza without asking if we were finished.

Food was wonderful. However, I noticed that the bartender was giving different service depending on the demographic of the customer. It was like pulling teeth even getting her to acknowledge us. When she did, she said "You want a menu or what?" and was very clearly annoyed with us for the extent of our visit. It's unfortunate because I always support local businesses, but my partner and I were extremely uncomfortable here and did not feel like our business was welcomed. Not once did she even ask us if the food came out okay. Actually, she never acknowledged us ever again. Us and someone else of the same demographic were repeatedly ignored through the whole experience. I don't know her name, as she did not even tell us that. But she had black hair and tattoos and was a little older. Hopefully this issue can be rectified as I'm sure this is not the first time people have received this treatment.

This was our second time here. The first time was a pleasant experience prior to seeing a show at the Florida Theater. This time...not such a great encounter. Way understaffed so the service was atrocious. Food was pretty generic and then our waitress failed to split out checks correctly. After getting that corrected and we went ahead & paid, she decided to 'keep the change' even though she was not told she could so we had to sit around for another 20 minutes so she could bring my friend's cash change back to her. Ugh!!
