We are from the Midwest and I always tell my kids this is the food of my people. My kids live in Florida, they are just learning about food from other states and countries. I have never had a bad visit to any Culver's.
The experience at this fast food joint was utterly disappointing. The food was abysmal, tasting like it had been sitting out for hours. To make matters worse, the wait time was excruciatingly long, leaving me frustrated and hungry. The staff's communication skills were the worst I've encountered, leading to confusion and unnecessary delays. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment. Won’t go there anymore

The food is here is outstanding and if there is ever an issue with an order if you let someone know they will assist you to get it fixed. I wish I could remember the name of a gentleman who assisted us one evening as he was the most polite person I’ve met in a while. He had dark hair and a beard , an hat, and I think glasses? Also had a southern accent, I’m sorry I forget his name but thank you so much sir! Give that man a raise!

Chick fil an always gets praise for their customer service but I’m convinced Culver’s might be better. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here the employees are polite and so kind! And not just a smile or a basic “have a good day” they will talk to you, have conversation, wave even when you’re in the drive thru. Literally some of kindest people to the point I wrote a review lol ?

Customer service was nice I was okay with the food but lost my appetite when I found hair in my icecream. Even though I got my money back. I couldn’t help to think if there was some hair on my burger that I might have missed. One this day it was busy and dirty. I’ll just go to another location.
