Pizza was ok and what happened to dominos why they don’t clean the store like garbage can was overflowing, floor was super dirt. Imagine you are buying food from dirty store. I wish employees and store manager taking care hygiene. After touching hair making pizza without washing hand is disgusting. Hope management will take care of this. What dominos are feeding us?

They have this “promotion” 50% off on your order if you order online. I went online and ordered and didn’t get the 50% off. I called the store and spoke to the manager that was extremely rude! Refused to help me. Told me to call 1800 dominos that only gives you the option to get help ordering online and states if there’s an issue to call the store.

30-40 minute estimated delivery time, but it's been well over an hour now and nothing. Even tried calling the store, guess what? No answer! Pretty normal occurrence when ordering from this store. Good domino's pizza, very shifty service.

This has got to be the worst dominos in existence. We stopped ordering from this location a little over a year ago because we would order, get a quote of 25 to 30 minutes call an hour later and they hadn’t even started our order(happened 4 times in a row). Was in a bind and decided to give them another shot, Same thing happens. Quote of 25-35 minutes, the tracker states the order was pulled from the oven 40 minutes later. after almost an hour after it was pulled from the oven it hadn’t left the store. Called and they acted as if i was annoying them when I requested that the order be cancelled. They stated they only have two drivers and they’re getting pizzas out as fast as they can. This is literally the only pizza place in Mandarin that can’t seem to get food out the door. Not really sure how this location is staying open.

Check your pizza before leaving. They took way longer than necessary to make a pizza and forgot a topping I paid extra for. And almost forgot my ranch until I reminded them.

Good pizzas overall and staff was very courteous when I went to pick it up. Took a little bit longer to make than advertised and I had to wait in the car for a while but it was generally worth it as the pie was very good! Would definitely recommend them for pizza with the family :-).
