I’m fed up. They always forget the garlic crust and never answer the phone. One time I had to drive all the way back to the store to get the correct item I order because they wouldn’t pick up the phone then refused to refund my delivery fee. Tonight the delivery guy was just sitting in my driveway so finally I walked outside to his car to get my food I’d already been waiting over an hour for.

This location will NEVER put garlic on your crust because they are too lazy and incompetent, along with their drivers being overweight and rude. The high calorie woman wouldn’t open my gate to bring me my pizza because she was too overweight to move a toy.

Order Domino’s Pizza for the first time in a long time, and it was OK. The pizza was not too bad but the tots were terrible. The tots were soggy, and the wings barely had any sauce. It was quick service though and our order was correct so I’ll give them that.

I order from this location all the time I have lived in the same area for over 7 years recently it seems as this dominos can not get it together. I have ordered 3 times in the last 2 months my first order wasn't even delivered and when I finally went up there my pizza was cold and nasty my second time ordering they gave me someone else's pizza took it back than sent it out to be delivered. The third time was last night I ordered online than went to pick it up the tracker said 15 mins but when I got there 20 mins later they said it would be 35 to 45 mins the people that work the line and the manager that's always on duty always has an attitude. I will not be ordering from this location anymore the one on 103rd is 10 times better

Terrible delivery. Nonexistent customer service. The operator of this location deserves to have their franchise revoked. Waited over two hours for a delivery from 7 mins away.I placed an order at 8:49 on a Saturday night and the receipt said to expect a 27-37 minute wait time. A reasonable expectation for a location that is exactly seven minutes from my driveway.Checking the delivery tracker 45 mins later showed our driver having left the store with our order at 9:32 and then proceeding to drive twenty minutes south to make multiple deliveries to locations 20 minutes south of the store. With over an hour estimate on when she would be back up to us.I attempted to call the restaurant several times while we were waiting, but no one ever answered the phone.Our delivery finally arrived at 11:35. It spent over two hours in our delivery driver's car and everything in it was cold.In the time it took for this delivery to arrive we could have driven to a sit down restaurant, been served, paid the bill, and driven home. For around the same price.Don't bother ordering from this location until they clean house and get a roster of employees that can execute on the Dominos business model with some modicum of urgency and diligence.
Their driver Marcus knew there was more food in the bag. The store would not answer the phone. All in all would hope they would do better.
