Angela makes my latte the absolute best. She is very polite and always makes sure to give great customer service. One night I was in the drive thru around 830pm and I overheard a younger male with long dred hair I think his name tag said JB and he was yelling at her and telling her not to make my food or she would be fired. She came back and apologized and I told her it was ok I understand but felt horrible because she was just trying to do her job. That girl deserves a raise and some recognition because she is outstanding with her service and makes the best coffee and so does Tiffany they are both my absolute favorite!

The food ordered was just like every other Dunkin, but the service is chaotic. Personal order consisted of 2 doughnuts. Watched for 15 or so minutes as people who placed more difficult orders after me receive their orders and leave. Then they forgot and eliminated my order from the queue. Will not return to this location. When I brought it to the attention of the servers was just met with a blank stare and they grab the order. Yes they did say sorry about that once.
12/19 Went in to get some doughnuts. (Pretty busy lobby) Asked if the could accept a 100$ bill. The associate proceeded to check with the manager make sure it was okay. (As they should) she did not have enough change in the drawer. (It Happeneds) the associate proceeded to ask the manager for more change. While the manager handled the change issues the associate proceeded to collect my order of a dozen donuts and 50 munchkins. (As any sensible associate would) The associate proceeded hand me my order and when we asked about the change the manager proceeded to snap at her and say that she should have waited for the change before starting the order. (Because as a manager I would want my associates standing around doing nothing while they waited on me) She then proceeded to wave the change openly at her and shoo her off like a child. When myself and a few other customers proceeded to call out the manager for the treatment of the associate she chose to double down twice and repeat at her associate was in the wrong. You don't speak to your associate like that behind closed doors let alone in a packed lobby full of customers. To the manager, if this is how you treat people, congratulations, you have peaked in your career and you will go no further in life.To the associate, quit your job, find better, you deserve better. Nobody deserves to be talked to like that.
