Absolutely awful. They ALWAYS get orders wrong. Today I decided to give them another shot and was disgusted. They ignored an old man who tried ordering just 1 donut. When I asked them why they couldn’t help him the girl said “can’t you see I’m busy??” My jaw DROPPED! I said “it is so ridiculous you can’t help this poor man” then the other workers (including possible owner??) started yelling at me. I tried to help the older man order on the kiosk, but the particular donut he wanted wasn’t listed on the screen even though it was in the display case. The old man eventually gave up and left the store. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager comes around the corner and it is one of the people who ignored the man!!! I couldn’t believe it. I spoke to the manager calmly and expressed once again how wrong it was to ignore a customer like that. The manager didn’t say a word. Not one word. They don’t care. Terrible attitudes, awful service, disappointing experience. Will never go back. Two thumbs down.

I'm very upset. First the website and the sign on the door says they open at 5 not according to employees. They ipen at 5:30 . 5:30 comes and u still have to knock on the door. Then i put my order in they have problems with the door and of course i have to wait for my order until i approach the employee and asked for my order . Then to top it off i get to my job and employee of DD gave me the wrong donuts and the glaze is melted and the sugar on the jelly donut also . It's not hot outside that's how they were in the display. Never again n DD was my favorite

I love Dunkin in general, I enjoyed bringing my nieces here for a drink and a donut. Friendly staff and a clean dining area. I’ll definitely bring them back.
There is a reason this place has 3.5 stars on Google reviews. To be honest with you if it wasn't the only DD in the area, I probably wouldn't go to this one. I have never seen donuts in the display case and I have been many times. There is a Krispy Kreme up the street so I prefer to get my donuts there anyways. It always seems like all the employees are in their own world and taking care of guests is at their convenience instead of it being their job. If you need a coffee, this place will work but you need to be patient. Good luck, I hope your experience is better than mine.

San Jose BlVD store! Today I ordered online in this store and I ordered a Brown Sugar Cookie Iced Chai Latte and my daughter pick it up. When I tried the drink was coffee and I returned to the store like 30 minutes later because I wasnt there when I tried to see if they can change it. The first person made a comment 2 hours later, that's Chai Latte and I said I bought this a couple of minutes ago and I have the receipt. She stay in mute after that and the other employee started preparing a drink at that point I didn't know if was for me or for another customer. I spoke to the other employee that was there preparing a drink and I was trying to explain that the reason I can't drink coffee is because I'm allergic to coffee and she said "That's not my business! I don't even was the person who prepared that and still no my business" yelling at me. I told her I'm talking to you with respect and she answered to me "I'm talking in Englis" ( I'm latina from Puerto Rico, my first language is Spanish) I asked her in what language I'm talking and she said "English" and I asked "Why you brought the language to this conversation? I'm just talking to you respectfully and explaining what I ordered and why! She gave me the drink (I didn't even knew she was preparing for me because they just were making comments and never apologized for prepared the wrong drink or said they will give me the correct one. I asked her how can I speak with a manager and she said she can't give me the info and if I want can look for a number outside of the store. I walk to the door and verify a number and I asked her if that's the phone number and she yelled at me "Bro, I told you the number was outside! A lot of things more she said to me in the 10 minute interaction. They were so rude! I'm a regular customer for years in differents states and I have never being treated so bad in my life and more when I was calm and respectful. I'm still in shock. I hope I never see her in the store or any Dunkin because I will confirm that this company allow RACISM! Bad Attitude and Aggresive amployee! I love Dunkin Dunuts but this situations can't be happening!
