We live near another dunkin, it was packed today so we came here. The service was quick and exceptional. So great my husband decided after we got our first order he wanted something else just to experience the service again!!

I’ve made multiple complaints to their area manager about not filling hot drinks appropriately. Any hot drink I order comes nearly 1/2-1/3 empty. Be better.

Absolute worse Dunkin Donuts, ever. I am surprised they are still in business.I order the same thing consistently and yet, it tastes different each time. I asked them to remake it, they literally yelling through the window about what they’re NOT going to do.I couldn’t believe the audacity of the staff.Rude, unprofessional, and zero customer service whatsoever.Additional training needed for entire staff and owner.I will go the extra 2 miles to Dunn Ave or Starbucks in River City.

Ive lived in many states, and this is by far the worse dunkin donuts I've ever been to in my life. Every day I order the same thing, med coffee with creme and 5 sugars that's all, sounds simple right!? They manage to mess it up every time. This is the 3rd time and I will never go back to this place again. If ur reading this save yourself and go an extra 2 miles to Dunn ave I promise the service and the food will be better. This dunkin is trash and they ruin "America runs on dunkin". And whatever they put in my coffee today almost made me puke! I don't even want my money back, save yourself and choose a different dunkin donuts.....

Not too fond of this Dunkin. They never know what you've ordered after you've made it to the drive through window. They always asked what you've ordered after you just left made your order. One of the worst Dunkin.

Staff argued with me when I asked to fill my large latte that was half full of foam and whipped cream and could have easily fit into a medium cup. Very rude and u professional.

Staff always gets drinks made quickly. Donuts though? Always out. Cannot go to this location wanting anything other than a glazed or strawberry frosted, they are consistently out of every other variety.
Paying over four dollars for Avocado Toast they could at least toast it. The bread was barely warm and not toasted at all. Will not be returning here again.
