People who work here are terrible at their job. I thought it was requirement to be able to read, if they can they are purposely getting the orders wrong. I been here three times in a row and they got my size of the coffee wrong, missing one of the things I added too it. The donuts are cold. Do not go here. You are better off going to an actual coffee shop or making your own.

I know Florida ain't in a drought, so please explain to me why an ice water has an additional charge. Your competitors provide it for free. Do better.

Extremely poor service! They messed my family’s order up and gave me the wrong donuts, and said they could not refund me because I touched the donut. I wasn’t asking them to put the donuts back in the display case!! I only wanted the actual donuts that I ordered. She insisted that I had to pay for the donuts that I wanted, even though I already paid for the ones that I didn’t want. I went ahead and paid additional money because I had my family with me. The donuts were ice cold and really is a very poor representation of the Dunkin Donuts company that I grew up with.Maybe if she took the nose ring with a hoop off, and cared about her job, she would understand what quality customer service is.
