I waited in the drive through well over 15 mins and received horrible customer service from the girl on the evening shift. She wears braids and glasses and typically wears a visor hat I believe. I frequent this location often because it’s close to home and work. My order was taken after waiting about 5 mins at the order box and another 10+ mins when I pulled up to the window. From what I saw there were two women working there. The lady that took my order continued to service people that came in after I pulled up to the window. When she finally comes to the window, she gives me my total and I asked her could I get a discount because I’ve waited so long. She was making me late for work at this point. She replied, “no we don’t do that. Do you want your order or not?” I said no because I don’t pay for poor customer service and drove off. I will no longer be patronizing this business because the customer service is terrible. I’m not giving my hard earned money to businesses that have people like that working for them.

I asked what kind of donuts they had left at 7pm in drive through and the dark skinned older short manager on shift told me “I just told you what we had” and I asked the types and she said again “I told you we have ect” being nasty and extra refused my service after matching her nasty sarcastic energy and told her I just wanted to pay for my donuts- took my debit card and just gave it back and said she didn’t have to serve me. Ignored me after bringing my children in the store and the white older lady with her told her not to serve me. Nasty-then went in the store and the GM refused to give me her name and corporate number. Train your people. I think her name is Tawanna

Never have what I always get at dunking vanilla cream filled donuts if you order one you get a glazed with white frosting. Then it takes 20-30 mins to get a large coffee and 1 donut. Every car took forever to get their order and by the time you want to get out of line and leave you can't the drive thru barley fits a truck thru it. Will definitely go elsewhere from now on

This place always does me right. Unlike Starbucks they don’t push you to tip like is mandatory so they will get one with larger orders.
