My two year granddaughter had a donut from this location and when she bit it a dime came out of the donut..if she would have choked on it I would of sued y'all.. I'm reporting this..

I sat in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes. The speaker system wasn't working so I had to order at the window, which is fine. Except they let me know they were no longer serving food, as they "needed to prep for the next day". It was 9:00am. And they made my drink wrong. Won't be wasting my time or money going through there again. I'll just go to the Wawa across the street, quality of food is better anyways.

I went at 12:30 to this Dunkin knowing they close at two. I wanted an egg sandwich and was told no because they’re closing soon. I noted that they had a page taped to the intercom showing they don’t close for another hour and a half but was refused for my sandwich anyway. Out of all the Dunkin’s I went to this one is the absolute worst.

These employees need to be fired! I just walked into this location to get 4 dozen donuts to give to some of my customers and there were 3 young employees on duty. I stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes without even being acknowledged! Totally ignored! They just kept working the drive thru like I wasn’t even standing there. I walked out! I will never come back to this location! I know it is difficult to get help these days, but the owner is losing money with these employees!

AVOID. I arrived at 1:37pm as shown on the receipt; and they said they can’t sell anything because they are “closing soon”. They close at 2pm, and the sign on the drive thru says 2pm. Why can’t I order a single donut and bagel 23 minutes before closing? They said my only option was a refund and gave me cash, wasn’t allowed to buy anything at all?

Horrible Dunkin' Doughnuts.. Incompetent workers all around. I went inside because my drinks were never made right through the Drive-Thru previous visits. Starting with the cashier ringing me up for a signature latte when I ordered "A large Iced Caramel Macchiato with Less Ice" I patiently worked with him until we got it correct.. oh and he had food handling gloves the whole time so I can only assume he handled food after my cash transaction..Then the drink maker put my drink up with Full Ice, I politely asked again for Less Ice for her to give me attitude telling me it wouldn't be full, for the sake of not arguing I said that's fine and then I wait for it to be remade for it to come out 3/4 full (I accepted that already) then once mixed it looked weaker then a latte with less ice.As far as the atmosphere it was dirty, the bottom wall was laying there apart exposing all the pipes in the walls and trash all around the sugar/straw area.I have always been disappointed when coming to this location. The Dunkin' Doughnuts on Atlantic is far superior
