Pulled up to the window to the workers laughing over the intercom (I’m no Karen for fun at work). My problem lies where the play was so much they made my drink wrong.I cannot have sugar & my drink was made with it instead of Splenda. I asked for Splenda, Splenda was on the sticker, yet it still happened because lack of attention to detail. I spent the rest of my afternoon sick.

Getting in and out is a PITA, I guess they are making do with their strip mall setup. That was the first impression of just getting in the place.

Kept getting told they will write our name to so we can get our items the next time we come in, and it never is. Was told that they would have a gift card for us to cover the loss of money spent on product never received. It was not there, and was told we needed to pay in person for an order we played through the mobile app. Supposedly spoke to the owner on 12/18, who said he was there every morning at 0300/0400. When called this morning to resolve the issue of missing shift card, was told he was not in and is hardly there that early by staff.

Bad management. The inside wasn’t full and there weren’t a lot of cars in front of me. I waited 25 minutes & only moved 2 car spots ahead because 2 cars left yet they had 4 workers inside. Wasted my time. I left along with other cars.

Went by to order a latte and a sandwich. It was amazing,the staff was very friendly, proffesional and made sure I had everything I needed. The manager is amazing she went out her way to help me with my app. I will be going back & I recommend eating here if you want fresh hot food, great drinks and a good atmosphere! Thanks Dunkin!
This is one of the best Dunkin’s and I’m not saying it just to say it. I pass other coffee shops to come here being that the overall experience is the best. I’ve overlooked the reviews and I can tell you from experience that me or my family have never experienced anything bad. The the food is good the customer service is even better. The staff works hard to make sure you are treated with respect. I’ve witnessed rage from customers towards the employees But they kept it professional and handled it the best way ever! Everybody has their own opinions, Everyone also makes mistakes but I can tell you from experience that it’s nothing like what the bad reviews are stating. It seems like some of the reviews are from people who like giving others a hard time only to create unnecessary issues being that maybe they can’t get their way at that time and not wanting to take any accountability for the way they’re treating people, but I’ve never experienced any type of bad customer service at this store. This Dunkin is really a good dunkin overall.
I literally go to this store almost every morning and get a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar and it is the ONLY Dunkin that gets it tasting the way I like it E V E R Y TIME. Today I stopped by and got my coffee with the delicious avocado toast with bacon, ofc, and was greeted with the best customer service I have ever had in my life by the lovely Porsha! (I really hope gratification doesn’t go based off of spelling here bc I don’t have the receipt anymore and I don’t remember how she spells it) I told her that they need a “her” at every restaurant bc she was just that pleasant. So thank you my dear and thank you Dunkin’ for hiring such pleasant people because they’re all great.

I came in today and the cashier lady was really rude. She has red hair and she have dark skin.I was a manager at a coffee place before and the way she gives attitude to her co worker in front of me (costumer) is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
