I paid for my order, when I checked I didn’t have 2 of my items. When I asked about the items the server was very rude and said it hadn’t rung up and wanted me to pay for it again. Terrible service.

Waited for 5 minutes for someone to get on the mic in the drive through. There was two cars in front of me and two people inside. The person in front of me that ordered already left the line, and the person behind meas well because we were waiting so long. I hardly ever have a good experience here and that solidified it.

Well finally I have decided not to go Jacksonville Dunkin at all anymore. Is that happening to me only or with everyone else too. 100 out of 100 times getting my drinks wrong. It’s sad that Dunkin corporation doesn’t care at all. Management and employees want to make money without working hard or paying attention to customers service.

Very concerned about this location. Today we witnessed customers walking out while some guy almost slapped a worker. My kids are now scared to go here due to the violence. Do any adults work here?? Saw bunch of kids fighting and giving donuts out while customers walk out?! Insane!!

Just got the worst bagel from this location. Maybe there is a cream cheese shortage I'm not aware of? My bagel barely had the essence of cream cheese on it. Super disappointing- I ended up giving it to the dog (he liked it). Come on D&D - do better!!!
