Just came through the drive through, unashamedly I’m here almost every day. I just love this Dunkin so so much. All the people, all the coffee (cold brew with butter pecan and crème), and the food as well, every visit is spot on! The inside of the store and bathrooms are always perfect. I’m so thankful for their later hours (drive through only past a certain time) and every single employee literally makes me feel appreciated and better than when I walked in. Today I asked the man who is always there (during the week at least) if he is the owner and of course he is, said he’s had the store for 18 years. Amazing!!! Super grateful for this neighborhood Dunkin and if you’re in the area, support them and stop by for a cup of joe! Thank you to the whole crew there!!

After this morning at 5:45 ish, I will be more than glad to never come here again! Usually, Dunkin's on top of their game, but this morning it was the complete opposite. I pull up to the drive thru on my trike and sit for a few seconds before I realized their speaker wasn't making a sound. I roll up to the window only to be ignored by the African American teenager because smiling at his phone was more important. So I knocked on the window once. No answer. I knocked lightly a second time and no one came to the window. By the third knock I got aggravated and rolled my trike around the building. Then, I pulled back around to the window again. The African American male looked at me like he was lost, confused, and scared at the same time. The older Caucasian woman with blonde long hair and glasses says "What are you doing here?" To which I respond I was there two cars ago and had been sitting for a good amount of time. She says they can't see past the back part and there speaker doesn't work. All I could think was when you all service customers do you all not take count of how many individuals are in the drive thru window? Because as someone who worked in the resturant industry, no matter the size of the window we served out of we always kept count of our customers. So there's NO EXCUSE point blank! After that, she says "Sorry about that." And the teenager is quick to assist by handing her the bag. His energy was very weird to say the least, but I ended up leaving livid. That wasn't enough for them though, they decided to only give me one order of hashbrowns and I ordered two. This is the SECOND time they've done it with my order, the first time it was a muffin missing. I thought about calling and asking for a refund for my hashbrowns but I was so pissed I didn't even want the refund anymore. Dunkin' has taught me a lesson that truly opened my eyes.

this was the worst Dunkin I've ever been to in my life the manager, Christina, or owners wife whoever she was was so rude. Her voice was extra and the way she explained how coffee was dispersed and how they follow. corporate rules was disgusting. She tried to tell me that she was number one and that that's why she was number one for keeping the coffee at a certain standard. in my life and how I was raised, and I'm from New York, where we raised to be tough, we were taught customers are always right and changing a rule for happiness isn't a big deal. Let me tell you what happened. What happened was the other day someone went in there and said I would like less ice and more coffee and she was told that they're not allowed to do that, which isnt true because I used to work at Dunkin and the corporate office does not enforce that and when I asked her that who enforced it, she we do, even tho they don't meaning corporate . Whoever goes in there just be expected to be treated as a robot and not talk to the manager the owners wife whoever she is Christina she's horrible. I'm going to drive to Starbucks, which is only eight minutes from Dunkin I would do the same if I was you they always mess up the coffee anyway everyone's rude and they won't follow customers always right rule! This store does not know how to toast a bagel or put cream cheese on the bagel. I have gone there three times over a two week period and ordered the bagel toasted with cream cheese. The first one was not toasted. The cream cheese was not covering both half's of the bagel. Today I ordered the bagel toasted with cream cheese and I got a hard bagel not toasted with little to no cream cheese.
So because I got light ice in my sweet tea you don't fill the cup up only half way but if I let you load it up full of ice you get a full cup that's Bull then the person taking my money was nasty about it then serve me cold

I'm a working man who likes the tea. Every DD I go to I ask for sweet tea no ice because I don't drink it immediately. No problem except for this DD. They fill my cup 3/4 of the way saying since I didn't get ice. I spend hundreds of dollars with DD. This is ridiculous! Needless to say they have lost my business! Other Dad's keep taking care of your customers!

The best Dunkies in town! Love going here, the girls are always attentive and knowledgeable! Fast service and place is clean! Great atmosphere!Parking: Parking sucks. Really odd setup. To park near the door, you have to drive into the oncoming drive thru exit. It's extremely small, and I have a bigger truck, and it's difficult to get in the spaces. I have to park on the busy 207 and walk.Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere!
Drive thru was efficient, with courteous and helpful employees during a busy morning rush. My wait time was approximately 3 minutes, with 6 vehicles ahead of me, which made my meal much more enjoyable.
