I placed my order online and I just decided to pull up to the pick up window since there were no cars. The lady with a nose ring confronted me and said next time just stop at the drive thru first with a damn attitude. I told her I'm sorry, I didn't know and she didn't have to say it with a stupid attitude. She handed me what I ordered and perceived by slamming the window in my face. I'll never visit this location again because she was totally rude and very nasty!!

Wanted to grab a coffee while getting my cars alignment done and their lobby was closed and then told to go through the drive through. Dunkin ALWAYS gets it right!! My ice coffee is always perfect ?!Parking: This is a busy location with 2 businesses operating in 1 location, but there is plenty of space for parking. The drive-through is efficient and fast.Wheelchair accessibility: From what I could tell, there is appropriate accessibility for wheelchairs. However, I've not personally needed this service to state if it is or not.

I refuse to go to any other Dunkin! The employees are always super kind & my order is always ready. As an avid “On the Go” orderer I always worry my order won’t actually be done, but no matter how busy they are, this store is punctual.
I love (sarcastic as hell) when I order a vanilla chai latte and it comes with a red hair in it so they take it back and give me a coffee when I don’t even drink coffee. Felt bad asking again so just left and threw it away. Great waste of

It says the dining room is open but it wasn't. I ordered from the app so I could quickly walk in and grab my stuff but then had to wait in the drive thru line. Then finally got to the window and they handed me half of the wrong order.
