I’ll let you decide… mold or from the grill?The manager argued with me saying this grey fuzzy stuff on the inside of the sandwich is from the grill, and not mold. No other sandwiches had this on them, we ordered 4 in total. Our family will no longer be going to this Dunkin.

The employees are usually friendly and quick in the mornings, my order is correct every time. I think for the amount of business I’ve seen this location generate the interior is a little outdated and dirty. But my biggest complaint is that I order my coffee with almond milk and I accept that I get charged extra, but I’m given less than the regular amount of creamer and my coffee is never filled to the top, it’s literally a finger width away every. Single. Time….this is after I get charged EXTRA

I came to this dunkin’ with my friend, i ordered as normal and everything was perfectly fine. I got to the window, and this teenage girl, her name tag read “Ella”. As we’re waiting for our 2 donuts and drinks, she goes “give these bit*hes this nasty as* food”. My guess is she was communicating to another worker. it was around 4:25 on a wednesday 7/26/23.

I hope you like whipped cream and non frozen drinks.. literally every time I order a frozen drink it’s no where near frozen it’s straight cold liquid, and god forbid you ask for whipped cream because they’ll definitely give it you, half a drink is whipped cream, paying for whipped cream and a cold liquid drink, not frozen at all…
