I put in an application a week ago and didn't hear back from anyone so I called the store ..11 phone calls later with time and patience still no one answered not even a manager it's like no one know how to answer a phone there ,OH and this would be the second time of this happening I put a application in months ago and got the interview but when I tried calling asking about it....... to no surprise guess what.... no one answered the phone!!!!!!! I'M SHARING MY EXPERIENCE TO THE PUBLIC!!! I WENT TO DUNKIN ON NORMANDY AND ASK FOR A PUMPKIN SPICE DRINK INSIDE THE STORE AND REPEATED THE REQUEST TWICE TO THE ASSOCIATE I RECEIVED THE DRINK.(OKAY) I TASTE THE DRINK BEFORE LEAVING I SAID TO MYSELF THAT THE DRINK DIDN'T TASTE QUITE THE SAME BUT I WAS RUSHING TO MAKE IT TO WORK, SO I THEN LOOKED AT THE STICKY ON THE DRINK AND SAW THAT THE DRINK WAS INCORRECT. I CALLED AND ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND ASK THE MANAGER HER NAME AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE OFF THE RIP!!! AND DIDN'T WANT TO PROVIDE HER NAME HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT, YOU ARE A MANAGER AND YOU CAN'T PROVIDE YOUR NAME. THE WHOLE CONVERSATION WENT WRONG!!! PEOPLE TODAY WITH THESE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS DON'T WANT TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE. THE WHOLE SITUATION COULD HAVE GONE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION IF SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN PLEASANT AND PROVIDED HER NAME. I DIDN'T WANT MUCH OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND ACCOMMODATION. HOW FOOLISH!!!! I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED:(

I ordered from this location by Uber Eats, although the delivery was quick this location missed sending the coffee, I’ve been trying to reach this location for the last 4hrs with no luck so I could get $27 refunded to my account and seems no one works at that location or no one wants to pick up the phone.
So I walk in and someone says be with you in a minute and then they promptly forget that I’m even here. Literally standing at the counter waiting for service and getting none. I really didn’t think it would be that difficult to get a cup of coffee but here we are. They’re too busy talking about the difference in tips they’re getting. Well, I am one tip they’re going to miss out on bc I can’t get any friggin service. From my experience, their low tips represent the level of service they give and their complaints while I’m just waiting to get some coffee indicate they’ll never learn why having poor costumer service in a service industry is the reason for their paltry tips.

This is probably one of the worst Dunkins in Jax's!! The employees are always so unhappy... And it's so slow in the drive-thru and even worse if you go inside.... They constantly give you cold bacon and you're lucky if the center of your sandwich even is hot.... 90% of the time I have to have my coffee remade because it's so hard to make a large iced coffee with extra cream and sugar the right way... PSA corporate. Your employees actually need to push the pump all the way down when adding sugars and flavors....These employees, including the managers, are probably some of the most unhappy people ever.... Obviously things are not operating correctly there. Not to mention half of the time their employees call out and that's their excuse why the line is wrapped all the way out to the parking lot past the gas station... I wonder why their employees are always calling out!! I live 5 minutes from this one and would rather drive all the way to cassat or 103rd which is 15-20 minutes away! At least I know what those locations in my stuff will be made properly safely and correctly!!
