So I'll pull up in there it's 5:50 in the afternoon I want to take something over to my husband at Brooks rehab and I guess there is zero donuts but glazed or blueberry they said not until tomorrow. Ever unless it's morning time or you want glazed or blueberry I guess that's not a donut shop they didn't even have the donut balls why are they open and they won't be for long period that is crazy and the guy acted like I was being rude asking when they were going to make new donuts aren't you a donut shop????? The cops were not too happy about them LOL

The cashier was very short tempered so she was not the best fit taking orders. My bagel looked like it had been assaulted with barely any cream cheese, like it had been scraped off after application. I mean seriously, is there a black market for used cream cheese?!?!? Coffee wasn't much better. Must be a cream and sugar black market because they cheated me there too.

Went to the drive-thru or tea and a muffin. And to grow my card she gives me everything. Does not give me back my card. When I asked her where the card is she goes I gave it to you I don't know where it is with an attitude. And then she points to the ground and goes you must have dropped it I said no I did not and then closes the window in my face nice customer service

The ladies inside around 5pm today were busy on they phone taking my order heard. Ignored me thru the drive thru while taking my order. Terrible tone of voice on how she responded. Glued to her phone the entire time took over10mins to actually take our order and calculate it on the screen. Another 15mins to make two coffees. A bacon croissant. & 1 order of has browns. And nobody else was at the establishment. The bacon crossing had an egg. So you guys over charged me for something I didn’t want. I had to turn back around to grab the 2 donuts that was not in the car. Then they gave me the wrong donuts.

I ordered a hot chocolate add cream and they legit said “we don’t do that over here” when I order this everyday at dunkin. You add cream to tea and coffee so idk how this specific location doesn’t “do that here”. I couldn’t help but laugh and go to the dunkin down the street and get a hot chocolate with cream added :)Edit to add another dunkin adding cream

Consistent turkey sausage egg and cheese bagels 2-3 times a week, not winning awards but a solid choice for consistent food. Staff very friendly.

I went to this location this evening and got basically hot water and cream. It was disgusting. Wasn’t even coffee. I asked them to remake the coffee and they gave me the same thing. When I asked for a refund the cashier was so rude, and I didn’t end up getting a refund.
I will not be going back to this location. I had a cold brew but they used regular iced coffee and too much cream. I also had the avocado toast and it was pathetic. A tiny avocado spread on cold bread. I have had both items before from other locations and they were nothing like that. Pass this location by and go to another location!

This would have to be one of worst Dunkin’s in have ever been in. It’s not because of the food but because of one of their employees . I purchased an online coffee with some food , the food was ok but the coffee was cold, when I went back in to return tell them that it was cold I was greeted by this guy with the worse attitude that I have ever seen who told me it was because it was sitting there for 20 minutes which was the case. This person should not be dealing with customers, he should be cleaning the parking lot. In closing, after he lectured me that was fault, went and got me a new coffee, which by the way was so hot I couldn’t drink it and was so dismayed by his attitude didn’t drink it. I placed the coffee in a parking lot trash can. I mentioned the attitude of this guy to another employee that I saw in the parking lot, who apologized for his fellow employee’s behavior. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone
