Went here for lunch today was greeted and shown to a table. 10 minutes later no server came by, no chips no salsa no drinks had to leave. Crazy thing is they weren’t even busy.

We've been to El Cabo a handful of times since they opened and they have been pretty consistent. We have gone in the afternoon or early evening and it's been calm at those times. The service is always friendly and prompt and the food is served quickly and fresh.The atmosphere is family friendly- alcohol is available but I've never seen anyone get rowdy. The dining room and restrooms are very spacious and always very clean.I tried several dishes and everything was good but nothing blew me away until I tried the pork burrito on a whim. It was SO good, and will now be my go-to order.Even our five year old, who is not a big fan of Mexican food, will eat chips and the chicken from an enchilada.Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking is right outside the door. The spacing between tables is generous. The hallway to the restrooms is wide and the doors are not too heavy. The large stall is huge, plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair.

They had great staff at the time of my visit . They have the best Mexican food that I've found in Florida and the Pico de gallo it wasn't very spicy for my Grandson,he gobbled it right up.I will be back and I do recommend this place to anyone that wants real good Mexican food ? ?Dietary restrictions: They really work with you and your restrictions definitely a 8.5 startsParking: They have a good sized lotKid-friendliness: Very kind and respectful. Oh my gosh this restaurant was sooooo good. Jacksonville has a plethora of Mexican restaurants but not a lot a good ones but this restaurant definitely stands out above the rest. We will definitely be back.
