I usually enjoy a coffee and a treat from this ellianos off of Lane Ave. Today, I wanted to try their egg and cheese egg bites. I let the barista know what I wanted. So I get my drinks and food and hurry to my destination. To my dismay and displeasure, I was given the ham and cheese egg bites. I don't eat pork so the entire meal had to be tossed. I really wish the barista had either used active listening when taking my order, or at least read my order back to me.

Best Ellianos by far around!! Every time I take the first sip of the coffee, it just melts lol The workers there are so sweet literally try to go as much as I can even so they know my order when I show up!! I never have any issues out of this Ellianos!!! Try the ice white mocha with caramel drizzle and sweet cream foam best by far!!

I came here with my sister today and ordered the Pina Colada smoothie and there were little shards of glass in it. I even tried to call to warn them not to serve anyone else at least 4 times and they didn’t answer the phone..

I've always been a fan of this place since they first opened in this location. Today was my first time trying food. The chicken salad wasn't great but the breakfast sandwich was tasty. Always fast and friendly service.
I thought that this coffee shop only existed in my small hometown and the other small towns close by. I love their frozen drinks and smoothies as they're made with shaved Italian ice, fresh fruit and ice cream ? My friend got one of their new refresher drinks that feature Red Bull. Phenomenal way to get a midday pick me up or to start your morning.

Don't use the Togo app if your in a hurry,your supposed to order,then pull up to the orange cones and they are supposed to bring it out,per supervisor words,and on a couple occasions the girls don't want to bring it out,and instead of telling you this they make you wait 30 minutes

The team is quick and fast with orders getting it right. However I recently a had an additional charge after I left that I wasn’t aware of, luckily the SMA Mike assisted with getting that corrected!
When charged for extra sauce this is not what I meant. This is less than it comes with originally.

Love love love this place, great staff, quick service even when the lines are long. The coffee smell all around the building makes me want to go get some every time I ride buy. Haven't tried the food yet, but the coffee is great. Looove the white mocha freezer and the blackberry watermelon Red Bull rush, I'd kill for lol. I've noticed theres only 2-3yo pictures of the menu on here, so here's an updated one.

My husband & I love Ellianos but this location is the exception. We Went today for a caramel latte and our drinks were like 99% milk with almost no flavoring. Drink was just warm. Will not return for coffee here again.
