Changed their name to Nana's. Still a famous sandwich. Food went from affordable to overpriced. Employees acted weird almost paranoid. My review plainly states Nana. I have no control over changing your name in Google. If I were you I would be more concerned with your prices being high.

Um services aren't that brilliant @ all first of all cashier whose guess apparently running the front part of thr store isn't that professional cause if you're not working on internet system where ur internet services is down then that's where u should place on front door where the customers see the notice saying store is working on cash only our internet services is down at moment sorry for thr inconvenience um cokes preparing dishes there slow I walk n placed order say 815 took the cooks 20/25 minutes to prepare my food that's slow ow business then some customers was upset about how long they had been waiting on food.

First visit Breakfast is really good just simple Bacon Egg Cheese on toast. 2nd visit I ask for toast XCheese got NO Cheese on Pita. 3rd visit called in 20mins later get there food NOT Ready for 25 more mins. 4th Visit called in 20mins later I wait for 20 more minutes I waited cus it was busy my sandwich sitting on top counter whole time employee on cell. 5th visit Went first time for lunch Crispy Chicken NOT good. I call in plenty time 30mins later I get there food is NOT even cooked. I WONT BE GOING BACK...

Today was a slight misstep, but no biggie. Was pretty busy and ended up with the wrong order. The lady calling out the numbers even ran out in the rain to chase me to double check, but she thought it was correct and I didn't open the box to look (bcuz if the rain). Ordered eggs and bacon, ended up with pancakes. I blame the gloomy weather. Next time I'll do better and check before I leave. Love you guys, y'all still my favorite breakfast place. Will see you again soon!

Breakfast is where it's at for sure. The 2 star rating is for plz not having another phone line or call waiting or an app to order I called for 1 hour str8 using 2 phones. So if i have 2 ways of communicat plz because your"famous" sandwich shop get 2 lines.
