We were greet with a very warm welcome upon entering the bldg, seated quickly and greeted once again by an amazing waitress. The food was delicious, I had the new Shrimp and gritsDelicious . To top things off Loren Sanford , stopped by our table to makeSure everything was going good. His customer service was amazing and we leftFW feeling like we’d like toComeBack. First Watch is an Awesome place and the General Manager Loren Sanford is an exceptional man and manager. As I noted with other patrons managing his team behind the scenes in the kitchen, the dining area and reception area to ensure all facets of operation went smoothly and patrons were satisfied. Leaders like him keeps his team operating at Optimum performance. Comments and reviews are not solely intended for problems and negative input with every problem there is a solution. Also to recognize those that stand out and as you see as a patron go above and beyond. With his experience, knowledge and oversight he prevents problems from happening and if they do he resolves them on the spot. I can contest the wall both Dine-in and Carry Out experiences. Good quality people are hard to find and even more so are hard to keep. We were very pleased with our experience there and we'll return again. Upper management pick the right person for the job.

On vacation in Jacksonville, last day ...Party of 8, including a 2 year old. Told 30 minutes wait, after 45 minutes told they took us off the wait list, somrone said we left and we were right in front of the wait table . then hold 1 hour wait. They pointed to the person who canceled us when we confronted them. They said they are regulars and can do that. And laughedWords were said. Then the manager didn't even try to set things right. He told us we had to wait all over again.This place isnt worth the timeSomeone there said the food isn't really good , it's just convenient

The seasonal shrimp and grits was delicious!The service was amazing per usual. Amy, our server, was very attentive. Loren, the general manager, had great energy and checked in on us periodically. One of my favorite First Watch locations!
Food was good at a reasonable price. It was a fun atmosphere with fun take on drinks. Everyone was nice and place was clean. Food was not memorable but good. Went for brunch with friends on a Sunday afternoon. Would try again if invited out for breakfast/lunch.

The new cook in the kitchen made the egg white omelet incorrectly. The server and manager came over and apologized and remade the omelet correctly and had the incorrect omelet in a to go box to take home.
