$34 bucks for 4 eggs, bacon, sausage and 1 slice of Roast beef. Waiter was nice but charged me individually for everything. The old guy that seated us was a total douche bag. He said there was no seats outside, then when I said there was two he was annoyed, then was clearly angry cleaning off the table. He clinched it we I paid the check. Been coming here for years. Not anymore. They paid .40 for 4 eggs, charged me $9 bucks. That’s not inflation, that’s just simple price gauging.

My wife and I are regulars to this and other First Watch locations. We were rushed, food was thrown down on the table on top of our cell phones, the waitress acted like she didn't want to serve us, she avoided us.Today service was so bad I had written a "Tip" to the waitress, but it was crumbled by the register Mgr. I also received a nasty look and stare from the waitress, whom I am not going to name. Why did we get this horrible experience? What did we do wrong?I am very disappointed in our experience and will not go back.

What a lovely brunch with my daughters and new grandson. Unique menu, lots of vegan options. Our waitress was fun, genuine and awesome service.

Only wish breakfast was more economical so I could afford to take my wife more often

Call ahead to get in line as they are busy. The reason is because of the outstanding service and great food.

We love the menu variety here. If you want something healthier, there are plenty of options. There are also classic breakfast and comfort foods and all are delicious. The service was great as well with friendly and attentive staff. We only ever go for breakfast and my go-to order is either the salmon frittata or the pesto chicken quinoa bowl.

Wonderful, as usual. Delicious blackberry lemon cream French toast. Morning Meditation juice delicious, not overly beet flavor, just right.

I’ve never experienced anything like this before at the Bartram location, however today was a total disaster! As usual, I used the website’s “get in line” option, and I checked in at the hostess station at 1025. She informed me that it would be about 25-30 minutes, which was fine with me. Because it was crowded, my wife and I had to stand right next to the hostess station. About 15 minutes in, I received a text “just checking in! Will you still be joining us today?” So, I leaned over to the hostess to ask where my name was on the list, and she showed me where my name was listed on her tablet. Well, at 1100, after hearing the hostesses call out names for other customers, and seeing folks being seated who had come in long after us, I received a text “You have been removed from the First Watch waitlist”. I thought it was some kind of mistake, so I showed all my texts to the hostess. Her response, “I’m sorry, but it will be another 25-30 minutes”, with absolutely no explanation! Neither of the young ladies seemed to care about my situation! Although I was highly upset, I decided to let it go and be patient. At 1120, by now a majority of the crowd were now seated, so I walked over to the young man at the cash register and asked to speak to a manager. He identified himself as one of the managers, and stated that he had only been working there for about 2 months; I’m not sure why he felt the need to tell me that. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt, explained my issue and would you believe his response “I’m sorry but it’s crowded and they’re doing the best they can”. Definitely not the response I was expecting from a manager, 2 months or 10 years in the position. Needless to say, at 1125, my wife and I walked out extremely upset and hungry! But because we truly like the food selections at First Watch, we drove over to the San Jose Blvd location. I even explained my frustration to the hostess there, and immediately she was very apologetic for what we had experienced! Her response “let me see what I can do”! Finally, someone who understood the importance of good customer service! Which, by the way, was fantastic!Lastly, even though my wife and I have been regular patrons at the Bartram location for Sunday breakfast at least 3 times a month, at this point, I don’t see myself going back to that specific restaurant.r/Daniel Turner

First watch is always busy on the weekends! I recommend checking the wait time online and getting on the wait list before heading there. We did and once we arrived were seated within five minutes. I had the Avacado toast and it was delicious. We sat outside and it was rather cold but they do have heaters which made it more comfortable! The service was great as well!

What great food. My meal was very hearty and super tasty. It was the weekend so, I also had a Bloody Mary. The service was great even though it was busy. It is a popular place, so don't be surprised if there is a wait.

We love this plaza because it has SO much in here but this is a favorite breakfast spot! We got the million dollar bacon to start because if you're here - you have to get this!!! It's always seasoned to perfection with the perfect amount of spice. If you haven't tried it, please do! I got the egg sandwich with the runny egg & avocado which was really fresh and tasty. I'm not a huge fan of their breakfast potato's but the grits were so yummy!! We went around 1030am on a Sunday and there was no wait but anything past this time on a Sunday there will be a wait due to the many churches around.

We have had good luck and experiences at this FW location. We recently went on a weekday mid morning to find a busy but not chaotic restaurant. We were seated immediately. Our server was pleasant and efficient. Our drinks came out promptly and our server returned a few minutes later for our order. We only had a couple of special requests for our order by asking an ingredient be omitted. Our food came out in a reasonable time. The order was prepared as requested and we were both satisfied. Our server kept us in drinks and brought out a box for the remaining food. Overall this was a nice and successful experience and this location of FW is firmly on our rotation list.
