I eat there often, this is not a complaint but a suggestion. I ordered the Taphouse Burger, and I asked for it to be well done. It was burnt , well done means no pink, not burnt black! I picked it up 4/21/24 to go and didn't look at it until I got home. Please Share this with your cooks please.

We waited nearly an hour and half for our main dishes, rarely checked on, drinks empty. Our appetizers were ok but when when my husband and son recieced their main dishes, they were cold and not good. I never received my order because by the time the waitress finally came back around to take my order we had already waited so long, I didn't want to add another dish and wait an hour again. Overall probably one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time.

We had Si as our waiter and the service was fantastic. I had the shrimp, grits & tails and it was the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had! The peel and eat shrimp were also fantastic. Cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. I come to Jacksonville a couple times a year in business but will be back every trip to this place!

What a great place to eat and try out a brewsky! The food was fantastic! I had the salmon but the shark bites, the gumbo, the fried shrimp, and everything our party tried was awesome! Great service too!

Flying fish is an awesome spot. Right down from the airport. We fly in just to eat here. The Buffalo burger is amazing. I get it every time. Thick juicy, perfect tenderness, and healthier. Highly recommend if you go and want a burger

Recommended by area hotel, wait staff initially were very polite and attentive, they did warn me that the kitchen was busy and order may take a while... ok, good to know; I started with the gumbo soup, which was 90% rice and 10% soup, so that was a little disappointing; I ordered the seared yellowfin tuna; after a fairly long wait it came out and was well done tuna! not even close to being "seared" The second attempt was better, but I thought fish was their thing?? Beer was ok, and that was the highlight. Not sure what else to say since its close to the airport etc. But it was not a memorable meal by any means.

Great service, great food, there’s this one dishwasher, he’s so handsome, lightskin tall and his voice is like silk if you ever eat here, I recommend peeking through the kitchen window he might be there. Don’t get nervous. Slide him a 20 he’s a hard worker.

Worst service I've ever had, servers were just ignoring us the whole time, we spent like 15 minutes waiting for somebody to come to the table and it was not even close time. Was our first time, and we decided to go because of the reviews but not again.l, not going back. Hopefully they teach servers how to treat kindly customers
