First time diners and my wife (who is NOT an adventurous eater) was hesitant because the menu is in Spanish. This visit has definitely done an amazing job at getting her to appreciate trying new things. We started with the Galaxy fries (cheese and bacon) and onion rings. The onion rings were lightly battered and perfectly crispy. I ordered the Triple Mechado and if that was less than a pound of meat, I am very surprised. It was ridiculously delicious and I couldn't help but grin like an idiot as I ate. I paid the extra to "make it hail" and added the extra cheese. I had a hard time keeping my wife and cousin from picking at the cheese on my plate. They each ordered a burger. These burgers were huge! Both thought the bread that was used as a bun was flawless and was the right bun to burger ratio. We also ordered an empanada but there was no chance I could eat another bite. I'll have to save that for another visit.

I was there late lunch/early dinner so it was nice quiet n great service. The burger size is WOW! Delicious! Fresh toppings! I had the Picanha Burger, oh so delicious! Great hospitality, a young family walked in with kids. They changed the movie playing on the big TVs to a kid friendly movie. The family didn't ask, I think that was awesome! 5 stars too easy. What made the 5 stars bright was on the way out, I was given a drink. I can't say it in Spanish but I'm going to say best dessert drink to compliment a great burger ever. Of course you should go, your taste buds will praise you for it! Enjoy!

Absolutely delicious and a must try! Fun atmosphere, great service and the food has so much flavor you want to keep eating. Big portions for a good price, you will leave feeling satisfied and happy you went. 10/10 recommend

My husband and I came here because of their unique menu. They have arepas (a savory cornmeal pancake cut in half and filled with meat/cheese), cachapas (same as arepas except sweet corn), sweet plantain sandwiches, and burgers. The burgers are not just beef and cheese, though. They have potato sticks, egg, bacon, and ham added. Instead of a beef patty, you can have chicken, pork chop, or steak. The burger my husband got was bigger than his mouth, but it should have been because they are significantly more expensive than typical American burgers. I had the chicken arepa, which tasted like a hushpuppy filled with seasoned shredded chicken. The service was fine, but all the waitress had to do was take the order and bring the food. They don't have drinks in regular cups; they only have cans of soda and bottles of water. I was not happy having to pay for water, and it sucks to eat inside and have no refills. It's fun to go and try authentic Venezuelan dishes, but they're way too expensive to eat inside. Next time, we'll get the food to go and save on tip and drinks.

NOT BURGERS OR A BAR Stopped in for dinner after seeing all the reviews. From the time we pulled up everything felt off, we almost left then. I wish we would have left. As soon as we walked in we more regrets. The place smelled of old mop water, tables looked beaten but we moved forward. On to the food. A very large menu of Spanish food not really what you think of when you see "burger". Tried to order drinks while looking over the menu but not a bar. No liquor only a few beers and wines. I ordered their double burger thing and an empanada. The burger was cool with a strange meat mixture with sauce that I couldn't identify. Empanada was nothing special and was half empty. Everything was just off and did not sit well.

The food is outstanding! This is our second time going to the Galaxy Burger truck and we are so impressed. The people who work here are helpful and kind and the food we ordered was delicious. The best part…the servings are large enough for two meals, so we will have lunch tomorrow. We love this place.

Really great Venezuelan food and also awesome service. I definitely recommend any of the savory and sweet arepas. They're absolutely huge but super flavorful. The portions are definitely enough to take home leftovers. The empanadas were also delicious. Me and my boyfriend came down there during their movie night so we watched a shark movie with the rest of the restaurant while enjoying the fried plantains. The staff even gave us a complimentary dessert that was a fun experience. The ambiance is definitely very welcoming and warm.

The food here is good, really good. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. The only flaw was that it was ridiculously loud, like borderline painful loud. Okay, you got the brief summary, but here is the rest of the story. Our server was new, so ordering was very pleasant but far from a smooth process and we did not get all that we ordered. However, we still were having fun but music was so loud it was just uncomfortable, so that added to the mayhem of ordering as our server had to be two feet away from you to hear anything you are saying. Here is my rundown on the food: Sauces - they will bring sauces to the table and do t skip these. There is a Venezuelan ranch, garlic and ketchup. Onion Rings - as good as any I have had anywhere. Galaxy fries - good, but really hard to eat without getting messy. Tostone Chicken Sandwich - meh, good but so hard to eat. Plain rain Chicken Sandwich - meh, good but messy, Picahna Burger - AMAZING. Flavor, presentation, all 10/10. Galaxy Burger - another great choice. I really think burgers are the way to go here and if it were not for the loud music, I would head back weekly. If I can find a time then restaurant is quiet, I will head back because the food is that good. But with the ultra loud music, it is minus one star and a warning.

After we shopped for our stuff at Cyclegear in the morning- we were starving. My friend Rob found this place on google and we decided to give it a try. We went in hungry and left- so wonderfully full! Everything they have- tastes incredible :) For appetizers we got their fry baskets. I ordered the BBQ plate of chicken, steak, avocados, and french fries, with sweet plantains for dessert. My wife ordered an amazing burger, and my friend Rob got a plantain pressed sandwich. Their homemade cheese is delicious!! Absolutely incredible food- we live in Gainesville- we will be driving back to Jacksonville, just for this restaurant! Can't put into words how incredible the food is :)
