The General Tso chicken was good. The edamame was bland. The overall decor is fine but lacks pizzazz like the Orange Park location.

This is my doctor's offices second time ordering and both times have been absolutely perfect. They are able to take our order for 15 people with no issues and give yummy food each time. I am super impressed with the speed and efficiency of this location. I ordered the red curry and ginger salad both were 5/5. The ginger dressing is so yummy.

It has been a while since I came to Green Papaya. Although I heard about the new location in Orange Park, I prefer this location. It has a better parking lot. I came for lunch alone, and there were maybe four other patrons, all solo as well. I was greeted promptly and sat immediately. The restaurant was so clean. The utensils and dishes were spotless. There are so many delicious selections to choose from, but this day, I had the lamb chops appetizer--OMG they were so good and tender. They did not have that gamey taste-I will be back JUST for these. I also had the PadThai noodles, medium spice. Another delicious selection. The waitress was very nice. The food was not expensive. I would recommend it!!Parking: Shopping Center with plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables that can accommodate a wheelchair.

I love the Thai crispy duck and I never had it with yellow curry. I tried it and as for its flavor, it is just as good as the red curry. Every Thai restaurant that I've tried the crispy duck has their own version. Consistently, it has been good every time. This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. The music was held at a decent level and the ambience was perfect as the shades were drawn to keep out the bright sun. It wasn't really busy for eat-in, but I did observe that there were many take out orders. The service was very quick and attentive...checking for the food quality and if anything was needed. My server was "V" and she was friendly and pleasant. I ordered the pineapple fried rice (minus the raisins and nuts) to go, which came out quickly.I'm not from the Jacksonville area, but when I am in the area again and food is looking for me, I will find my way back.

TERRIBLE experience. This place does not like black people. My friend, myself and her son came into dine when entering the hostess just stared at us if we were lost. We had to ask to be seated. Following being seated our waitress just expected us to follow her without using any communication. Upon ordering our food I realized my order was incorrect as far as what I ordered completely and my spicy level. I brought this to the waitresses attention that I did not receive what I ordered which was the Thai Special Fried Rice Spicy level 1 which included shrimp, steak and chicken. This is not what was brought out to me she brought me out fried rice with just beef and the spicy level had to be a 3, I order this meal all the time from the other locations and it has never been so saucy with hard rice. I brought this to her attention and she just said oh well i’ll change the bill and walked away. After this point I don’t want to eat at all and just allowing my friend to eat her food which was incorrect as well. Our waitress walked past us several times without checking on us but would repeatedly check on an another lady next to us who came after us who happened to be asian of some sort as well. I have been to the other Green Papaya locations several times and never received this type of treatment and their food has never been so disgusting. Very displeased would not recommend coming to this location.

Great food ! Fried cheesecake was awesome! From the outside looks like nothing special, but go inside and you will see it's a place to take a date to! We usually do take out. Best location Jacksonville, FL has !

The food was really expensive and most of it was frozen before it got to us, the meal that was actually cooked wasn't very good either, pretty nice environment though, other than that I would not recommend coming

We got the roast duck appetizer, pad seew (tofu), drunken noodle (shrimp, spicy lvl 1), Thai fresh ginger (scallops), mandarin steak teriyaki, and yellow curry (scallops, spicy lvl 1).The roast duck was surprisingly good! It was tasty, pretty tender, and the batter wasn't too thick. The pad seew was just average and def not as good as other places in terms of the flavor. The tofu pieces were small. I did enjoy the peanuts on the side. The drunken noodles had a good flavor and were surprisingly not too spicy for level 1 even with my low spice tolerance. The shrimp was solid. The Thai fresh ginger scallops were tender and delicious. The mandarin steak teriyaki had a good flavor and came out sizzling hot, but a lot of the pieces were pretty tough. The yellow curry was surprisingly good - it had a good coconut flavor and also wasn't too spicy. My faves were the fresh ginger scallops, the roast duck, and the yellow curry! Overall, we enjoyed our meal!
