This place & the corporate website doesn't like to reply back to complaints. Food & service was good. Do not have any complaints about that. But I purchased a deal through Local Flavor. The waitress insisted to take my phone in the back to apply the Local Flavor discount otherwise she would not do it. My guest and I were shocked. She could have invaded my privacy going through my phone or even dropped it. Poor way of doing business and also not responding to a customers complaint like mine through their website.

Waited a long time for food, and when finally received the Philly steak sandwich, it hardly had cheese. Ask the waiter for more cheese, and she never came back. We had to ask another server. Daniella brought the sandwich with the cheese just laid on top, at that point completely disrespectful. She just dropped it on to the table. Ask for the check and left to paid, she never came back to our table. Another server had get it.

Oh my goodness. I have had such outstanding service the staff went above and beyond my expectations the chicken wings were cooked to perfection. We ordered the 20 piece and had it split 10 Medium buffalo sauce and my had the honey barbecue. Had enough for snacks the next day. We went with friends one had burgers and the other fish and chips both were very happy. As I said earlier the staff ensured we were happy with the food we were served. We will be back! ?

Hubby and I were in the mood for boneless wings. We ended up driving down to the Julington Creek area and decided on Hurricane Grill & Wings. We arrived and only waited a couple minutes for them to clean a table for us. We each ordered 10 boneless wings as well as a side of fries to share. Hubby ordered his boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce. I went with firecracker and teriyaki. The chicken was on the dry side and the breading was inconsistent. Some pieces were crispy, some were soggy. The boneless wings weren't sauced the best either. I felt like I could have made these better at home in the air fryer. The fries were good, crispy and seasoned. I also thought the celery was fresh and had a good crunch. Excellent blue cheese. I would give them another try in the future but wouldn't order the boneless wings again.

We ate at Hurricanes for lunch on Christmas Eve. These pictures were taken after we started eating so they are not the full orders. We had mozzarella cheese sticks (not pictured) as well as Parmesan fries which are extremely good. We also had onion rings that were fine, but we wouldn't order them again.We ordered two orders of 20 count of Jumbo Wings too. The dry rub lemon pepper wings are great! We also liked the mild buffalo and secret weapon Asian style wings. The garlic Parmesan wings didn't have as much sauce or Parmesan so they were ok. The service was great. We enjoyed our meal and had leftovers for the four of us to eat later that night. We're looking forward to trying other things on the menu eventually. There are so many good entrees that interests us. We love the wings though!

Service is always insanely slow. The food is just OK. The "regulars" are so obnoxious and far too mature in age and experience to act the way they do in here. They're allowed to yell out demands to staff and other patrons like they own the place and are funny, be racist, bring their own outside food and drinks in, and just act like jacka$$es in general. Customers, maybe off-duty staff, go behind the bar and into the kitchen, throw stuff behind the bar as a joke, and act like they're hanging out at home. It doesn't look like a hole in the wall, grimey establishment, but that is definitely the atmosphere - right down to the old, unfamiliar, boring country music playing on the speakers. If it weren't for the time-relevant decor, then you might think it was the late 1950s, and you happened run into a crappy local bar in here.

This place is the bomb! Service was great got our food came out very fast. We ordered Kristi’s special wing which were incredible! Just for reference my husband is from Buffalo and is very picky about his wings. I highly recommend eating here. The drinks were really good too!

This place was so good. We ordered the wings Kristi style ( someone told us) they were incredible. My husband is from Buffalo and is very picky about his wings! They did not disappoint. Service was great and the drinks were delicious I highly recommend this place and they have a lot of TVs to watch the games!

Don't get the cocoloco unless you like eating plain wings. And the dynamite wasn't hot at all. The food (wings) had no comparison to wingstop.
