This review is to alert people..The air pressure in the tunnel is NOT A JOKE, my friend’s shoulder got DISLOCATED. Thankfully there is ER right next to this iFLY Jax, like 4 minutes driving distance. The manager guided us to the ER.PLEASE BE MINDFUL, this is very risky activity..

My son and I came today! AMAZING adventure together! Everyone was friendly, patient and understanding. Our instructor, Tyler, was totally awesome and put on a great show afterwards. My son will refer to him as “Tony Stark” from now on! GREAT TIME AND WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!

Tyler was a great teacher! My family had an amazing time and will return! Easy instruction and a chance to take a higher flight at the end....which the guys did and they did NOT regret it. Thanks for an amazing experience!

I want to give the highest praise to the staff at iFly Jacksonville. Not only did they provide our Girl Scout troop with the most amazing experience but their customer service is beyond exceptional.Due to the group event, my daughter was separated from other girls in her troop, just as a need to have two rounds of girls. She was fairly upset to not be able to engage with her friends during their experience but Nick, the instructor, really turned her own experience around and helped my daughter feel at ease and even special. She left the event feeling like a superstar and can’t wait to return for her birthday. He didn’t have to try and bond with her, but he did, and that made a world of difference in her having more fun than we even thought possible.My only negative is that I didn’t get an opportunity to join in this time. Can’t wait to do it myself when we come back.

Fun place for all ages, setup a time and it moves in a timely manner. Was able to go at 530 and make a 7pm reservation at a restaurant in Town Center.

Great experience and I really enjoys the instruction the employee offered. I was an avid jumper and without telling him that, he recognized and provided corrections to my form and drills to perform. Definitely going back and doing private classes

My husband and I had the most amazing first time with our 8 & 10 year olds. Our instructor, Ryan was so helpful and friendly. All of the staff was so great! We had so much fun and will definitely be going again because my kids are now obsessed.

We had the best time!! I was the only one in my group who raised their hand when asked "is anyone scared" but I had a BLAST!! I believe our guy was named Chris and he was AWESOME! It made me want to skydive for real! So much fun!!!
