Super dry gyro and chicken. The chicken gyro was ready in 5 mins which means it was old. Bad service. I had to keep going to the front desk to ask for someone to take my dine in order. The one star is for the the ok desserts.

Terrible customer service. Ordered beef gyro - got lamb. Server acknowledged it’s a mixture of the two which is not what the menu says. Refused to replace the wrap. Then went on to insist it is actually beef - all you can taste is bad quality lamb. Maybe something else is better but will never go back

Everything was good until i see the Hispanic guy who cut the gyro literally used his bare hand to pick the gyro with no glove or nothing to put it in the sandwich it was very disgusting i just throw it away i was in a hurry but that was very disgusting to use your bare hand no glove or tong not happy i will never go there again

I had a lentil soup with warm bread and hot tea. There is a variety of selections to dishes to forfil your tummy's desire. Just one look at thier pasteries and you wish you bought you Valentine's sweets from them!! All I can say is "YUMMY"!!!

the service here is trash it’s a miracle if you can get one of the people at the register to even make eye contact with you let alone take your order ,,,, they pick and choose who to respect and respond to no matter the order of the line or if you’re literally in their faces at the register thinking you were next they will call someone else over or just walk away from you straight up,,, this has happened many many times as I stop by this place before work ,,, never again

I was a regular for a few months up until now, but not anymore. To start with, the staff is more bitter than their coffee. The customer service at this restaurant is embarrassing and disappointing, and it only gets worse each time we visit. The staff always ignore you, mess up your orders, get irrationally angry when you correct their mistakes, randomly charge for / increase prices on items at the checkout, and just aren’t pleasant people. Spare yourself an awkward interaction with their staff and servers and eat somewhere else, it’s not worth getting treated like that. Will not be visiting or recommending again ??
The worse restaurant ever , i ordered from this restaurant on Uber eats, they didn’t send me my 2 drinks , plus no silverware no napkins, when i called them back about the missing items they told oh sorry we can’t do anything about it, but if you come to the restaurant we will give you the money for the drinks back!!!! And im not even from Jacksonville i just stopped by at the hotel!! So i didn’t get my drinks and no money back !!

Ordered food to-go - one of three items was incorrect (gyro instead of falafel wrap). The employee said “it’s delicious, you should just eat it”. Unfortunately my husband is vegetarian. She said “I don’t know, I can’t help you”.The kibbeh was shockingly bad. The outer shell was more like pie crust, and did not contain crushed wheat or meat.The bakery items look great and the lavash was good.

As far as I am aware, this is the only restaurant in Jax that actually has carved gyro/shawarma meat. They do a good job and its ready quickly if you order ahead. The chicken Gyro is on point even if you have to order the garlic sauce separately. Also, the hummus is some of the best in town. The only thing I haven't loved was the falafel. Also, I have some constructive criticism: Please Please Please, label or describe the desserts. There is a huge selection of delicious looking cakes and pastries, and absolutely no signage, description, or prices anywhere; and its too busy for me to ask the cashier to describe the dozens of choices to pick from.
