I attended their Royal Icing Cookie decorating class. It was WONDERFUL! I don’t know a thing about decorating cookies but wanted to give the class a shot. Not only is Evette masterful and filled with knowledge but she was interactive with the students and took the time to explain and demonstrate everything thoroughly. I recently took a cookie decorating class, and it was wonderful. The instructor made things very simple, and the class was fun and informative. I will definitely return for more classes!

I have taken two cookie decorating classes at Jacksonville Cakes and More. They were both great. I’ve picked up some great skills. Evette is very patient. I love that she shares her time saving tips.
