The Gelati’s are amazing so yummy!Some of the girls there are not so pleasant that is really the only downside. Getting a treat is supposed to be an uplifting experience.A big plus, they always have coupons so please don’t just throw away the magazines you get in the mail. They normally have a buy one get one free coupon and a buy one get one half off.I recommend a strawberry and orange ice with vanilla ice cream! Enjoy!

Always yummy, love that they switch up the flavors. Fun to try their employee creations, or come up with something on your own, maybe inspire them to make it a special. The staff outfits can sometimes be a little distracting, but not complaining

customer service sucked, it is mainly ran by children so it makes sense. they like to close early and then turn people away. generally don't come here anytime after 9pm even though they close at 10 LOL they already threw everything out just so they could walk out the door at 10 on the dot.
Gelati is great love the flavors ambiance leaves a little to be desired hit or miss on if it will be clean or dirty table wise but otherwise no complaints. Servers are efficient and kind.

Service was extremely slow waited 30+ minutes. Ordered 4 gelati that were also placed in a bag that all were flipped over and leaking immediately. Everything overflowing and lids popping off leaking all over the napkins we could have used but now covered in leaking drinks. Terrible first experience and was really looking forward to trying this out with the family but this ruined it for us

I’m so glad that we gave the Durbin location a try. After trying Jeremiah’s in Murabella, we thought we’d have to give up on the brand because the service and product quality were so bad each time we went. A drive through makes it even better. Smiles all around. We’ve already made our second trip back.

If your looking for Italian ice, looks elsewhere. This "Italian Ice" is at best, shaved ice and dont recommend at all. Unless you like ice cubes in your shaved ice, knock yourself out.
