I ordered on DoorDash. Very horrible. The sandwich was very cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I had big chunks of onions in my sandwich. The sauce wasn’t there nor the bacon. This isn’t my first time ordering this sandwich from this place btw.

This is one of my favorite chain sub shops. It's up there with Publix subs in my honest opinion! The meats and cheeses are cut fresh at the time of order, and they will work with you on modifications for dietary restrictions. If this is your first time here, I'd recommend getting your sub Mike's Way! My personal favorite subs are the tuna and the turkey/bacon.Parking: There is plenty of parking, but you may have to park in the large lot connected to the theater during peak dining hours.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. A big kahuna was just ordered. Looks like shit. Bread is soggy. Couldn't even get it mikes way. Lady wrapped it up and said here you go!! Also kids ham and cheese per policy "a cold sub can't be heated up". Never heard that from any other location. Piss poor attitude and service. By far the lousiest service and food in Jacksonville. If you don't want to work just stay TF home

I would like to start off by saying I personally love Jersey Mike's. I tend to get a sandwhich from there every other week or so. However today when I was ordering a sandwhich this one specific young women was extremely rude and disrespectful. I could care less about that, I get it we all have bad days. The only reason I'm making this review is because when I got home and sat down to enjoy my sandwhich I literally bit down on a piece of glass. I thought it was maybe a hard piece of bacon... no. It was literally a broken piece of glass I pulled out of my mouth. Absolutely ridiculous... I could have swallowed that and earned myself a trip to the ER. Thankfully I actually happened to bite down on it and realized it was something that wasn't supposed to be in my sandwhich. I called the location to inform that they should throw their condiments out because I assume that's where it came from and I just got a "damnnnn that's crazy, I'll tell someone"DO BETTER JERSEY MIKE'S!! You could have hurt someone.

I had the pleasure of coming in tonight after a long 17 hour shift, and let me tell you the atmosphere in that place was awesome! I had the pleasure of getting my 2 subs made by Ryan a Clay! They were fast and easy to talk to, it was so nice to carry a conversation after a stressful day with these two guys! The attitude and willingness went above and beyond between the both of them! I couldn’t wait to eat till I got home so we sat in the parking lot and ate one of the best subs we have had in a while! A lot of jersey mikes we go to give me attitude about dressing, time spent, an a few other things, but not this location! It was quick an easy an ill definitely be back again to see yall! Thank you an I appreciate everything y’all did!!

The lady giving me my online order was super nice! She welcomed me and had great manners. I got a club on the rosemary and Parmesan bread with pickles and chipotle Mayo. Best sandwich I’ve had in a while!
Clay was awesome and got me a great sub when a came in late and at closing time. He had a great attitude and was fast! Appreciate it and look forward to coming back!
