I was a little disappointed today when I got a number 9 combo It comes with bacon but there was only one sliver of bacon on it Reminds me of the slogan in the 80s where's the beef except on this sandwich where's the bacon

Terrible, no personality service. Been here 15 minutes trying to get my food. Made my sub wrong ( a Philly Cheesesteak), gave it back, she rolled her eyes, no apology, and then made to wait while they processed other orders before they remade mine. Finally got it, and again no apology or acknowledgement.

This place is always understaffed . 2 guys trying to do it all at the dinner rush time. Of course mistakes happen. They are overworked and hustling. But my order was completely wrong. $9+ wasted.Probably not going back

Worst experience I've ever had. Today called in order for 1 regular tuna on rosemary parm bread & 1 giant famous philly cheesesteak with extra meat, provolone, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes on white bread. We ordered these around 4:30 pm. When husband went to pickup food they just gave him 1 tuna fish sub & didn't know what happened to the cheesesteak my husband had to ask where it was. I spoke to Joe & gave him order over phone & even had him verify what I told him to clarify that all was correct & it was at that time but when husband got there he was told they didn't have ticket so husband had to drive all the way home to get what I ordered from me because he didn't have his cell on him. When he got home I called store & talked to Summer & she said Nate threw ticket away & hence no one made the sub. I gave Summer my order & she said they'd make it right away. So husband went back to pick up sub & Nate said they were working on it & first time my husband went to p/u order they were just starting to work on tuna sub & our original order was called in around 4:30pm. So back to my cheesesteak husband went back & asked if my cheesesteak was ready & Nate said they were working on it so husband sat down to wait & in about 15 or 20 minutes he asked Nate again he asked Joe if it was ready & Joe reaches up above the grill all wrapped in bag & ready to go all this time by now it's 6:30pm 2 hours later. So when husband got home with order his tuna was on wrong bread, it was on white not rosemary parm & my cheesesteak was soaked in mayo & salty so I called them back & Nate answered phone & I asked for manager & he said we don't have one that he left few days ago so I asked who was running the place & he said no one so I ask for number to call & he said Haley was regional manager but he couldn't give me her info or last name because he didn't know if that was legal. Then I asked him why no one offered to make this right for next time we came in & he said he give me credit & we could come in anytime since husband had already made 2 trips.I asked what should I do if it's not in computer when I go next time & he got rude with me & said, I'm giving you 2 free sandwiches like he's doing me a favor, which by the way he offered nothing until I mentioned him making it right & Nate then hung up on me. Needless to say this was an excruciating experience & then I had to type this lengthy Post on top of it all. I can't believe we had to go thru all this. These guys that work there always are in back of store layering around & not taking their jobs seriously & Joe the guy that took the order was there all along & never came out to help or even talk to me over phone. Hopefully a manager can get this store straighten out. Summer was only one that seemed to care but when husband got there she was gone.

If u can get to another jersey mikes in the area go. The one in Lady lake is great the villages one sucks every time I order their regret it. The food sucks it took 1 hour not exaggerating to make 3 subs and they weren't right. Go anywhere but here drive the extra distance u will eat quicker and better food. Don't make my mistake the closest isn't the fast or the best. I actually could of ordered in Orlando and ate quicker.

Poor, Pathetic and shabby!!!! They do not pay their workers well or on time and staff are trained to mess with a customer’s food.

This is not a great place to work, unfortunately. Managers and trainers are too bossy and completely fake people.IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET A JOB HERE, be prepared to have them hold $600-$700 OF YOUR OWN HARD EARNED MONEY TILL WHENEVER THEY WANT TO!!! They only pay every third Friday for two weeks. This arguably is not a good store to work. Proof?? Their local team recently quit or got fired, hence when I was training there were 4 people out of Jacksonville, training and managing at this store.DEAR CUSTOMERS—-The food at this place sucks. Sandwich artists are told to soak your sandwiches in vinegar and oil before putting your toppings on it. You are paying a lot of money for not much worth.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. This place treats its staff horribly. They do not pay on time and staff are trained to mess with people’s food.

I went there on 1/22/24 around 4:15. Five people in line in front of me. One guy behind the counter took all the time in the world to check out the one sandwich that was being made. Other guy just standing by the grill with a smile on. Not doing anything, not taking orders for the other five people in line. Guy that was on register came then, and took the next customer order for two #44 sandwiches and handed the smiling guy the ticket. Smiling guy then just left the line on some magical journey to the back. No other orders were taken then. Just the one customers order.I left the store. First and last time I'll go to this Jersey Mike's. I don't mind waiting for food if it's being made in a orderly fashion. But this wasn't the case. Those two employees are going to have negative impact on your store if you don't train them for time management. It is "fast food" correct?
