My wife and I get a sub every other Sunday. They make a great Spicy Italian however they started offering hot subs and when my wife clicked reorder on her mobile app I ended up with a hot spicy Italian which changes the taste a bit. I called the store and they offered me a new one without any hassle at all... the employees have always been very polite and courteous and that's why I'll use this store over others (or firehouse).

We ate in the dining area. The architecture of the building is horrible. High ceilings with exposed vents and rafters makes for echos. The loud AC, the loud music and the voices of the workers echoed causing such a cacophony that my husband and I couldn't hear each other. I gave it two stars because it was clean and well litThe sandwich was kind of tasteless. The service was friendly and quick and accurate

"Freakishly Fast" they used to be, We would order from them and you could set your watch to having your food within 10 minutes. The last 4 orders, they averaging 50 min for a delivery from a store that is less than 1 mile from my house. This last order at the 1 hour mark, I called the store to find out where my order was. I was told that the church rush started and they haven't even started to make my order an hour after placing it. But don't worry, my order is the first they will try to get to sometime soon. To make it worse, most orders have something wrong with them, missing added bacon, not cut in half, wrong sub totally, etc. Last order the driver literally drove through our wet front yard almost getting stuck. This place has gone terribly down from what it used to be.

Food was iffy and not many real options. Although they have a lot of subs, they are all very similar or not very interesting. They had very little unique subs, and to my dismay there was no meatball sub. Also, the way the classify the sizes is weird; i asked for a small Italian but he said they couldn't do that and i had to order a similar sandwich to get a small?Very weird. The food was fine, but not special or that great. But the interior was clean and had funny signs. Bad location, as there are several other sub places and it's hard to get to.

We ordered from the drive through just before noon today, 12/10/23. While waiting, the guy at the window was having issues with the register. A woman on the food line, wearing gloves, walked over to him and showed him what to do by touching the buttons. Then she proceeded back to the line to grab the lettuce for our sandwiches. The cashier was still having trouble, so she did it again. She was also intermittently touching her headphones. I told the guy that we were leaving because she was touching stuff and the food. Side note: We stopped going there a year ago because the cashier was touching the register with gloves, then going over to help wrap the food. We decided to come back a couple months ago and was happy that girl was no longer working there. We were excited because we like the sandwiches. However, we will have to avoid it again.

Came here today just to grab something quick to eat. Jimmy johns subs are always pretty good for the price! This location was nice and has a drive through which is very convenient. The man at the window was very kind to me and was happy to hear him say I had some rewards to redeem (most times the cashier wont mention there is something to redeem). I got the number 12 and was satisfied and felt like it was fresh but was disappointed when I saw no avocado on it. Besides that, I say if you're looking for something quick & easy this is the place to go!
