My apologies but their sandwiches are not good. No taste and no options. You can make a better sandwich at home. One word...WASTE. Service was fast though; fast nothing! The tuna is TERRIBLE!!!

I came here for the first time about 5 days ago. I got the unwich and it was delicious. I called over the phone to require about the sandwich and the price because I didn’t see it on the app. The young girl who answered was really friendly. I came to this location again a few days later and got a regular turkey sub. There was a different young girl behind the counter. The young African American girl was on the phone. When I entered the store. She didn’t say I will be with you in a minute. She took her time coming over to me. Her attitude wasn’t the greatest. I should have walked out then. The regular sub I got was average. Barely any turkey on the sub. The bread didn’t seem fresh it wasn’t that soft. I used a reward so it was free but had I paid for this I would have really been upset. I would not come back to this location. In my opinion firehouse and jersey mikes are so much better. These restaurants are charging more but not giving you your moneys worth. It’s really ridiculous at this point ! Us as customers do not have to continue to spend money at these establishments that are weighing the meat and being stingy. I can make my own sandwich at home.

Accidentally placed a delivery right before closing; sorry, forgot to check! The next day, before I could even remember to call and have the charge cancelled, they had already made and delivered my order to my front door. Absolutely amazing customer service from them despite the fault being on my end.

Went to the baymeadows location for the first time today. I was the only customer in the store at that time. I felt completely rushed to hurry up & order. I didn't even get a chance to read the menu as the cashier was asking me questions & then she decided that I wanted a #1 sandwich. The bread was very hard as well as there was hardly any meat or cheese on it. I got no choice of bread being that I didn't get to read the menu I didn't know they had different breads until another customer walked in & asked for wheat bread. I should have listened to my daughter when she told me to stay away from jjs. She told me it wasn't worth going to & she was right. Never again will I go to this place!!!

After my 5th time here in a row they just don't follow the instructions. They try so hard to make it fast it's always wrong. Used to work at jjs and it's not hard to go fast and make it right. The one on Butler is better. This one puts cheese on it when it says no. Puts mayo on it when it says no. Scimpi on meat which should be weighed or tonight I wanted extra tomatoes and got tiny ones that are all the tops and hard and not juicy three onions no mayo when I wanted it on that one. This location is the worst in Jax!!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Waited over an hour for a delivery order and when I called, they said that the 11 minute drive from my the store to my house was too far even though they have delivered at least 5 times before in the past. For pick up orders they randomly close the store during normal business hours. For example, once I came on a Saturday at 1 pm and they had an8.5"x11" sheet of paper on the door saying they closed early for the day. This store should be permanently closed. If 0 stars was an option I would definitely post it. Not to mention, they charged me a delivery fee for an order they refused to deliver. Then the 2 girls that work on the weekend would not give me a refund!! They should be fired for robbing people of their hard earned money.

Food was ordered with no issues. No notation of delay’s but with a motto of “Freaky fast” I didn’t expect a long wait. I was wrong. Call the store multiple times due to the wait and each time we were assured it should be three shortly and that it was already picked up. Waited just shy of 1.5 hours for the food to arrive and the driver tried to state it was because of the high demand and traffic. If they were running behind we could have been notified and trying to state that the reason for delay was traffic is just a lie. Living 1.6 miles away on Southside on a Sunday there isn’t much traffic. Do better.

It’s Sunday at 4:00pm. I ordered a large order online for my family and friends, order went through… paid $150… then my friend gets to the store to pick up the food and they are closed. Both online and at the store it states that they are open until 9pm. Nope! Stored is closed for no reason. But you better believe they charged my card. I’m sure I will have a fun couple of days trying to get this charge taken off my card now. Will never use this store again.
