Awful experience waited 45 minutes for a refund after returning product and had receipt no manager ever came to counter to speak with me , cashier was rude,another customer was that claimed she left her wallet at home and promised to pay next week for food. She had no intent to pay when she walked in if her promise to pay is next week. I was livid and will NEVER go back !

Yet another disappointing mediocre pizza from what used to be the best pizza place in Jacksonville. A large one topping pizza for almost $20? OK, then how about putting at least enough mozzarella on the pizza to cover the entire pie? Hardly any sausage, and what little sauce there was has hardly any flavor or spices. Oh, and I always tip on takeout, and did this time, perhaps, at least a thank you or acknowledgment might be something you could bother doing? Simply simply sad.

Food is always fresh and delicious , we got 2 house ceaser salads with creamy Italian , and a 12" pie with lots of veggies and 3 meats .. love that they have Pepsi products .. and the waitstaff is very friendly and helpful .. been coming to this location since i was 5 years old , I am now 40 , and it's ALWAYS been one of my favorite pizza joints in town ❤️❤️
Called and spoke to a woman on the phone, placed an order 2 pizzas pies for pickup. She said ok will be 35-40 minutes. Walked in to pickup and she just checking orders.. goes to the kitchen checks the paper slips. NOTHING! Comes back out and says the order never went thru but if U give me 30 min. We can make it! I’m on my lunch and supposed to bring the pizzas back to the job site. No apologies no discount JUST AN F U.. NEVER AGAIN. I asked to speak to the manager… THAT WAS THE MANAGER. Place was empty WHAT A JOKE

Had take-out. The pizza here is hot and fresh. They have this special sliced sausage that tastes amazing. Savory and nicely spiced. There's also great lunch deals here. Servers were kind.Parking: There's an unpaved lot for parking in the back. Bit of a bumpy ride. Packed during lunch hour.

This restaurant checks all the boxes for me. We went tonight for my birthday dinner and Patty H was absolutely fantastic. She is friendly and fast. Super good at what she does. The food was fantastic as always and definitely hit the spot. I will always be come back to Joseph’s on main st. I hope next time we get Patty as our server again. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
I've been eating here for almost 40 years, if I'm going to have pizza,it's going to be Joseph's, I've known Cheryl for a long time she is an excellent waitress in hostess, when we have company from out of town Joseph is our go to

How is this place still in business?Their pizza is not good at all. The dough is no different than Cici's pizza. Not fluffy, very dry and brittle. Looks like they use dough that is over proofed. The sauce tastes like they bought it at walmart out of a jar and added sugar.Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff is overwhelmed with no obvious leadership.The price of the food does not meet the expected quality. I spent $11 bucks on a salad only to get just lettuce and sour croutons.Oh, they love adding anchovies to everything, so expect a fishy after-taste.Seriously, save yourself some money and just go buy a frozen pizza from the grocery store.
