Over 2 hours for dinner. Saw waiter 3 times. He didn't write down our order and got several items wrong. We could see him out in the atrium on his phone every time we tried to get his attention. Only 3 tables occupied when we arrived, 5 when we left. I can see why.

Dined there before theatre. Table of four. This restaurant charged $1.50 for each slice of bread (to accompany salads) that was brought out burnt. Only received one glass of water, even though there was water pitchers all around the restaurant. Service was very poor. Server was scattered, slow, and disorganized. No one was asked if they would like a refill of their drinks. The entree of Lobster ravioli only had 5 raviolis for $32.00. Kind of a rip off. I won't dine there again. Needs new management.

This hotel and restaurant are recently renovated, so ignore reviews that are more than a year old. Enjoyed a late dinner with colleagues - Shrimp and grits were fab - the grits were as light as a cloud.Server was attentive and friendly, but kitchen felt slow given the quiet dining room at the time. Definitely worth a return visit.

Warning: Theater Menu when there are shows across the street. Limited options, no mention of limited menu until you get there and even then, no mention until you're seated. 7:30pm is when they offer their standard menu. Dog was in the kitchen, seems unsanitary, the manager took the dog for a walk. They were confused even with the limited menu of which table had which order. Our waitress did not write our order down and all our food came to us all at once....appetizer, salad, and main course, with zero apologies. Our appetizer and burgers were not hot. I usually come to this place prior to our shows, but not anymore.

Saturday night but not much of a crowd. Took forever to get sat. The atmosphere was nice. The only good thing was the waitress which was attentive. The shrimp n grits were.....interesting. Shrimp on a very shallow bed of a sweet red sauce and cream cheese whatever. I hardly detected much of any grits at all. It was weird. Taste was good. But hardly any grits. Fish and chips were meh. 3 smallish pieces. Cole slaw was pale tasting (blah) with hardly any mayo or tang. BL A H. Fries were good but that was it. $27 salad with a protein added looked very good. But $17+ $10 protein is just ridiculous.

Ok cocktails. Great bartender John. Chef didn't show up for happy hour so not so great! I was told he would be there after 5.

Long day of driving. Everything downtown closed. Hotel food isn’t usually my thing. Take out from the bar at Juliette’s Bistro was the bomb. Perfectly cooked medium Burger, fresh toppings, bacon and fries. Wedge Salad was money with sun dried tomatoes. Cheers.

This restaurant is located in The Downtown Marriott, so the atmosphere and service was good, but the food was another story. I had the crispy salmon, which was simply fried or baked or whatever to a hard overcooked piece of fish, with no flavor. The bed of vegetables it was served on was delicious, but it didn’t make up for the fish sitting on top. Unfortunately the preparation was not an error as my gf had the same meal with the same outcome.

Our server was fantastic! The location is perfect for one attending the Performing Arts Center. However, the kitchen had issues with a sizeable crowd for one of the three appetizers that we ordered never arrived. We had to cancel that specific item. But .... again, the food we had was good and the service excellent!

Stopped in to the bar before dinner for Happy Hour, bartender just ignored me until I called to him. I asked about Happy Hour since they weren't showing a sign at the bar, he gave me what I thought was the happy hour special but turns out it wasn't. He had left and I had two full priced cocktails, not okay. Service at dinner was just as blah, server approached said hi then left for the night. New server comes over and takes our order, which she didn't get right. In addition, the restaurant was freezing with icy air blowing at us, when we mentioned to the server she said it is cold but running around it feels good for her, didn't care that we were freezing. Breakfast service was just as mediocre. At the food was good.

This place could be so much better. Food was ok. Wait staff is doing their best but seems like they are still understaffed. The restaurant needs a remodel, chairs are looking very worn. I know the hotel is undergoing a renovation, I hope they get to the lobby.
