Best Cuban bakery in town! I am so happy I found a place to buy croquettas and pan Cubano. Best authentic flavor. I'm upset it took me this long to find them. Gracias por las croquetas y el pan delicioso! Sigan adelante!!! -Cubana de Miami.

First time going and we will never go back. We got a piece of caramel covered cheesecake that was room temp and had a rubbery chewy consistency. I struggled just to put the fork through it! We also selected the caramel dolce leche that seemed over a week old and a pork tamale that smells so sour that we had to put it back into the bag and tie it just to not smell it anymore.Curiously, after making our selections, the worker disappeared into the back area for several minutes and after awhile he came back with our orders. We realized that the pasties that we saw in the glass case was not what we ended up with. This was disgusting and over priced. We do not recommend and we will not return!

Ham and egg and cheese sandwich with a coffee and a juice was $18. It was good, but a bit overpriced. The desserts look good, I’ll try one out next time. Make sure to ask for prices before ordering.

There are no prices.....she overpriced for my sándwich, I had a better one in Miami for less.....bring cash otherwise you will be charge even more for using a card......
Ordered some pastries and coffee. Not the best I've had in town, but they were good. The coffee tasted like mine when i make it at home using a frother. They need to have the prices posted. My first time was last week and we purchased the same thing. Today, the price was higher. No receipt was given both times. Giving 2 stars. Business should be transparent with cost.Tables need to be wiped off.

With years of living here in Jacksonville I was always looking for a cafe of this type, with the traditional sweets of our country. But what a DISAPPOINTMENT, POOR SERVICE FROM THE LADY, I have come several times and today is my last time. Always as if they were rushing you, nothing treatable, 35 degrees below zero would be the classification of their customer service. Or, as a note, if you want coffee, come knowing that it will be so hot that it won't have cooled down in a minute. GOODBYE Katy Bakery.

Terrible service . They don't know how to serve, we tried to take photos to show our colleagues that they wanted to buy and know what they had and they don't allow it, I don't understand why, very bad manners before opening a business they should first know how to deal with customers
