My server was impressively attentive for having a full dining room and just being a solo diner. The green curry shrimp soup was the best I have ever had and it is my new favorite soup! I also had the Lemon Drop specialty roll which was deliciously zesty. I had never had lemon on a sushi roll and it did not disappoint. Can't wait to come back with my family and try some more!

I took my girlfriend here for Valentines Day and with our reservation we walked right in and were seated quickly. The atmosphere was great and the employees were very friendly. They gave us time to enjoy our date and did not rush us in and out. The food was amazing!!! I tried new rolls and was very impressed with the presentation, quality, and how well it was prepared. Kazu is always great, always fresh. The service is polite and courteous. Never overbearing. Prices are reasonable for the quality food that they serve. My go-to sushi location in Mandarin.Parking: Located in a strip mall with adequate parking.

After multiple visits, we have yet to find anything that isn't tasty and well prepared. Happy to have this locally. Di ing in was great and there was a steady stream of people picking up take out.
Everything about our dining experience at Kazu was so good! It always is. They go out of their way to make us feel welcome. The sushi is so fresh and probably one of the best in Jax! The dining room is comfortable and the servers are always good.

Kazu....what are you doing?!?You have a long way to go to receive the awards you claim to have. I'm sorry, but to charge as much as you do, that fish should be fresh and the rice should not be hard as if you served yesterday's rice, as I suspect you did. I enjoy and have enjoyed sushi for years, but this has been such a disappointment and a complete waste of my hard earned money. Speaking of, please have staff that can provide correct change. It's hard enough out here without you trying to take my money left and right! And not being able to take Vystar credit/debit cards?!? Why?!? How?!? Unreal!!!! Worst experience I've had in a long time! I will NOT be returning.

Came here on a whim and was not thrilled - sushi was ok , not great not bad . The bento box is where things went sour , literally . The bento box chicken teriyaki was in my opinion inedible , rubbery , not seasoned , and luke warm . Veggies were hardly cooked and cold . I will say they did take one of our three bento box off the check and appreciate that but all three were not good - just didn’t want to be a total Karen and ask for it back on the others .Just cannot recommend them for their food- sushi though in a pinch I guess would be fine but probably wouldn’t bother as it wasn’t close to where we live

Amazing sashimi~~ they designed the bowl artfully. All the fishes are soooo fresh. Everybody is happy and nice. Definitely we will come back. BTW they have several servers who can speak Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. It made everything easier for me.Parking: It’s in a shopping mall. A lot of spaces.Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly.
