This place is disgusting. AC was leaking from the ceiling. The food gave me a headache and tummy ache. The service - the cashier behaved as if we were impeding on her personal time. She gave us the worst "Karen" look. The manager was interviewing candidates- she was quite rude to the candidate and belittled their interviewee. Unprofessional, unkind, disrespectful. Food - not worth it.

It was a long day and I had to go back. Placed my order via the drive thru, 1 1/2 hours prior to closing and was told there is no white meat available...no wing, breast, tenders.. I simply asked the very polite young man, why was there no white meat and he said because they close soon...it was 8:15pm

Our bucket of chicken was filled with old burnt chicken, which was not even warm. I believe this happened because I requested a substitute, I didn't want any breasts. The staff was not very friendly.

Being that I grew up from the beginning with KFC it's a real shame to walk into a restaurant filthy from top to bottom falling apart. Low staff I know is a problem however the food I couldn't eat because I just felt with the filth that was there how could it be clean the staff was just slapping food out as fast as they could to try and keep up. Haven't been to KFC in a long time and I won't be back.

Had an order placed for takeout, by the time I arrived it still was not ready. The guy at the register said he would work on it for me. I watched him make everyones order but the one I needed. I told him I had a large lemonade to go. He hands me an empty cup but when I turn to the machine, lemonade is not an option even though it's listed. Before I can even get the chance to have it corrected, he's already working on someone else's order. Disgustingly dissatisfied with the service. I ended up leaving empty handed. Total waste of time of the little break I had on a double shift work day.

I ordered the 5pc tenders big box with mashed potatoes, mac n cheese and Dr Pepper. The mashed potatoes were multicolored brown and had weird textured chunks and tasted completely rancid. The Mac and cheese was WORSE than a cafeteria ; overcooked rubbery and cheese sauce was completely dried out. Dr Pepper had no carbonation and barely had syrup. Tasted like a flat soda water with a splash of Dr Pepper. Undrinkable. This was a delivery order but if I had been there or had the ability to go back I’d take it all back and say NO THANK YOU, return my money please. It was like I was given yesterday’s leftovers/out of the garbage. ??

This store has gone downhill. I was a regular until I was advised due managers policy that I was unable to receive three thighs on my three piece chicken dinner. I believe the staff is wonder and pleasant but at the end of the day the customer is always right.

This restaurant has gone downhill! It used to be our favorite KFC but the last two times we have been there it has been terrible. Order not complete, people returning for orders messed up, and the strips were dry and hard for the last two visits. Could hardly understand the young lady taking the order and the manager on duty (I assume it was a manager) was non verbal. Do better, KFC!
