IT'S GOOD TO KNOW THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT EVEN WORTH THE TIME OF THE OWNER AND THE MANAGER TO GIVE A PERSONAL RESPONSE TO A REVIEW THAT POINTS OUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. THE LITTLE BIT OF MONEY I SPENT THERE WON'T HURT YOU, BUT I DEFINITELY WILL NOT SPEND ANY MORE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY THERE. I WOULD RATHER GO TO DUNKIN DONUTS.......This place has BY FAR THE WORST AND RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Experience I've ever had. I stood in line for almost 20 minutes waiting bc everyone in the back were too busy talking and laughing to take people's orders and they acted like the customers were bothering them when we asked about placing a order. I ordered 3 dozen hot donuts and the woman behind me ordered the same and she was obviously the cashier's friend because of the way they were talking to each other. The cashier handed my order to her and I said those were my donuts. The cashier replied to me saying no they were hers I said no she ordered after me and the cashier said she didn't care and I would have to wait for the next ones. And when the hot ones started to come down the line she boxed my order up and set them on the counter I asked for them to be put in a bag she threw a bag on top of the boxes and I asked if she could help me bag them up and she told me to bag them myself. One of the workers must not have had a babysitter bc there were kids sleeping in the booth. This place needs to undergo some customer service training I give this place negative 5 stars

We love our Krispy kremes. Where is not a lot of parking here and it gets full in a hurry when the hot lights on. Expect the waiting line a little while.

He made my beautiful Sunday real special I appreciate the conversation. It's not too many person that work at a restaurant that have a unique personality.
