So I finally got the opportunity to try this place out one evening and maaaaan it didn't disappoint! The atmosphere was relaxing. The workers there were calm, patient, and friendly. The food was really good. Finally, I got to try out the omurice dish. I've been seeing it all over social media, and mostly, all the Japanese restaurants before this don't ever have it on their menu. It's either sushi, ramen, or hibachi. There was an occurrence where one of my friends wanted to change his order right at the last sec, and I believe it was the owner or manager who came out and helped him out. (He saw me and another friend order the omurice dish and to order too). I will be coming back to try out the ramen. Also, a suggestion is to update or get new menus made and replace the old ones. Some of the items on it were scratched or faded and couldn't read or see what was on there. But other than that, highly recommended place to eat!

The manager who is Always Hostes not allowing the other staff host is Almost always rude. When I brought to her Attention We were next to be seated she responded" I did not know who next" and continued to communicate with the couple Behind us Three. Only and I mean only seating us After taking the Word of the couple that we were in fact next.This is Her Second of My 5 visits here being Rude!Some are meant to Work back of house if not Customer Oriented inwhich She is not!!!This is gonna be our last visit unless she is no longer Unserving and Seating Guests!

I’m mostly writing about the boba portion of the restaurant itself. My partner and I have been frequenting this particular tbaar spot since it’s closer to where we live instead of going all the way to orange park. It was great when this place first opened but then it just went downhill from there. Every time we’ve been there, the customer service is lacking severely. I work in customer service too so I get it, but when we go, almost every single time there is no greeting, no what would you like, no smiling or anything. It looks like it’s mostly teenagers who man the counter and I get it but when it’s happening several times and after we haven’t had that particular boba for quite a while, there’s an issue. If something is going on, send someone home instead of them having to deal with their issue as front of house staff. There’s basically no interaction on their part aside from putting in the order and setting it on the counter, not even a shout for when the order is ready. We literally got boba earlier tonight and this situation happened. Probably won’t be going back there ever.

My family loves this place!! We come here quite frequently and love the atmosphere and service! Decided to try take out since I’m exhausted and it did not disappoint!!! Hard to find a place that has the same consistency every time dining in or out but this place just has it!! Everything comes in a side container for you to add to your ramen. Everything was still hot even after driving home. Would highly recommend this place! I’ve tried other places and even drove to st Augustine for ramen but none have even come close.Kid-friendliness: My 6 year old son loves the atmosphere and loves using chopsticks!!

Visiting from out of town and decided to try this place. I’m Asian and have eaten a lot of ramen in my life.I ordered the Tonkotsu curry ramen and it’s to die for! Hands down the best bowl I’ve ever had! I only wish this place was in my city.
Loves the private dining booths experience. We were a group of 7. Service was fast and the waiter always checked in on us. I had the vegetarian ramen and others tried the chicken and pork. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and had no complaints. It was quite filling for everyone. Enjoyed the visit and will go back. Forgot to take pictures.

Heard that this was the best ramen spot in Jacksonville and I definitely see why! The atmosphere and setting definitely feels like an authentic Japanese restaurant with their decor. Plus the food was amazing! I had the Japanese curry ramen and it was 10/10! I always tried the instant curry cup version at home and this one was super elevated! Also tried the Lychee sake and it was delicious! It came in a cute bamboo iced bucket. Staff are very friendly and attentive as well. Would definitely come back again!

I recently dined at Kyuramen and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ‘Spicy Couple’ ramen, with its rich Sapporo Miso and Spicy Tonkotsu broth, was a delight. The toppings - tender Chashu Pork, crispy Shrimp Tempura, a savory marinated egg, sweet corn, Wakame, and decorative Narutomaki - all combined to elevate the dish to new heights. The appetizer of pork belly pieces was equally impressive, boasting a deliciously perfect blend of flavors and textures that simply melted in the mouth. Moreover, the service was amazing – the staff was attentive, warm, and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Kyuramen has set a new bar for what I expect from a ramen house.
