I go here a lot but I usually go to the other L&L location. I love ordering the Bulgogi fries because they are really good. This time I called ahead and asked for two orders to-go. They only took down one order of fries. I had to wait for the next one to be made so I ate my first order. I was surprised to find it so different than what I get at the other location. They use crinkle fries here instead of the normal fries (sad) and gave me a lot less food. And there was barely any bulgogi meat. It makes me sad that I can pay the same price at the other location and get a way better meal..

I hate to say this because I love L&L.... BUT The food quality has spiraled recently at this location. I know this chain from Vegas and never had these issues. Skimping on meats, over cooked noodles, under seasoned everything, burned chicken, smothered in sauce to cover it up... all that in addition to them constantly being out of menu items. Super disappointing. I'll drive out to Middleburg before I ever come back to this location. Spending $60+ I shouldn't be *this* unhappy with my food. It's just unacceptable, frankly.

Passing thru town and this was across the street from our hotel. Food pics on the website looked good so we gave it a try. Should have read the negative reviews more closely. Got the BBQ mix plate and bulgogi fries. Fries were hard with just a few small pieces of meat that tasted nothing like bulgogi and the whole dish was drenched in yum-yum sauce. If you like yum-yum sauce, give it a try. The bbq mix plate was thin cut beef strips, beef ribs and chicken with rice and Mac salad sides. The meat (both the chicken and beef) tasted like it was simply sautéed in teriyaki sauce. Much of it was left in napkins after attempting to chew. The rice was unremarkable. The Mac salad was decent but obviously not enough to save the meal. Maybe they have good days and bad days based on the reviews, but the day we ate there was not good.

I was kind of hesitant to order this BUT When I tell you I don't regret it ! It is so freakin good ! It's creamy Mayo Sriracha with a tint of sweetness not spicy at all. It's very fulfilling I didn't eat all day and this definitely filled me up! The service was good nice and clean place. Service was pretty fast !
