I just want to thank the young lady and young man today working! My daughter and I stopped for lunch &We were greeted with genuine smiles and assisted with our order & they gave me options and helped make my ordering so easy!I also couldn’t help but compliment the deliciousness on the food! Our ultimate sub was sooo much better this time around! We come often and we were so impressed!ALSO!! The cookies!!! We ordered two cookie, Chocolate chip and m&m with chocolate chip,They were fresh & so good!I would rate them higher if I could. I left the store so happy & they need to hear it ? Great work!Kid-friendliness: They walked us through our order as my daughter was asking questions on the ingredients in the sub ❤️

Place has really gone down hill, look at the reviews in the past month.Two teenager's running the establishment at 8:00pm on a Saturday night. Gave me the wrong size sandwich and thiers absolutely no way to work the matter out. Had too call a manager twice that was at home with sick kids.They said they couldn't give me a refund, and I didn't want a refund. I wanted the larger "12 sandwich I ordered.Nothing could be done unless they made a new sandwich and charged me for it.Let's get a grown up in this place that's able to run a cash register, or has some knowledge of what to do when they don't listen to a customer and make the wrong sandwich amd the only answer is I called a grown up but they won't be in until Monday.Ridiculous Larry's Giant Subs...

I asked for my condiments on the side as my husband takes it to work and doesnt like it soggy. It wasn't until I looked at my receipt to see that they charged me 69 cents for each, I asked why and was told that's just what we do" HUH? No where does it state that on side is an additional charge. Get my large sub home to repack it so it will 2 lunches and it's an 8" small narrow roll. Spent $30.00. Last time I ever go to Larry's for anything but a salad. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in what is supposed to be considered a better sandwich.
Larrys big scam sandwiches! Where the only thing large, is the prices!! They advertise an 8inch sub.. you pay the price of a 15" sub... But you only receive a 6" sub....bravo, thats a genius scam! You got me twice, but never again...bye bye Larrys ? hello Jersey Mikes ?

this place is the best sub place i ever ate at the service is amazing. if you are to ever go there i suggest to get some cheese cake because its the best thing beside the subs ofc, the register workers really help you out on what sub you should get and are really friendly.

Frequently visit this location and this is the first time we have had a bad experience but I will never eat here again. After getting home I discovered my order was taken incorrectly and I was given a cheese steak instead of an Italian. At first I was going to just eat the sub but after taking a bite decided I would call and see if they would replace it. The lady who answered the phone said it wasn’t a problem and to bring it back, even asked what I had wanted and said she would have it ready when I got there. Once I get to the store the manager inspected the sub and said since I had taken a bite she couldn’t offer me another. After asking why she stated because they would reuse the meat and ingredients and now have to throw it away. That is beyond disgusting that you would reserve food a customer brings back. You have already been reported to the health inspector and I would advise anyone to never eat here

I will ALWAYS recommend Larry's to someone asking where to eat in our city, but some locations are better than others. This is one such location, and arguably my favorite. I get a Gold Rush at every Larry's I go to, and my complaints are normally the same; way too much onion, way too much lettuce, not enough sauce. This location was the opposite, and checked every box on my list. Perfect ratio on the veggies, meats, and sauce. The employees were chipper, attentive, and in a surprisingly good mood. Food was made quickly and brought out to me. Definitely one of the cleanest Larry's locations I've been in, and I could smell the pleasant undertones of cleaning products. TV displaying ads near the entry was a nice and humorous touch. Truly a hidden gem!

This particular Larry’s Sub has terrible customer service!!! We called at 2:20 on Sunday afternoon, asking if they have Clam Chowder. The girl said yes, so we were heading that way. I also asked “ what time do you close?” She said 3:00 (their page say’s 6:00 pm). My husband arrived at 2:45, at the drive thru, and they …1st: didn’t want to take his order. After he complained about just calling, one employee said he would make a sandwich…2nd.. WE CALLED AHEAD, as we wanted clam chowder. We were told it had already been put up. NEVER, NEVER again..will we go to this Larry’s sub. My husband told them…it’s not 3:00 yet…they said “their director” told them to break down the food. Very poor customer service…we were told to call tomorrow to complain to the manager!! Why bother?? Obviously, the manager is lackadaisical, along with his employees!!! Won’t go back!! No excuse for shutting down before closing time.
