The Pollo guisado was okay, not the best that I’ve had but not the worst. They only had white rice and black beans as a side option no arroz con gandules or arroz congri.Beef Empanada standard, not bursting with flavor but not bland either.Cuban sandwich was very tasty, so far the best that I’ve had although it came with shredded meat on it— which I’ve not had a version like this before.Strawberry mango smoothie was okay the options are a milk or water base, we ordered...read full review

I got takeout for lunch this week, and it was really delicious. Location is a bit rough around the edges, but the inside is very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy - this place is all about the food. Service was friendly and attentive. I had the ropa vieja special. Highly recommend. It was a large portion that came with rice, beans, and maduros. Friendly service, tasty food, clean restaurant. authentic Brazilian and Cuban food. The food was very fresh and tasty. Mango shake was good. Definitely recommend trying this restaurant. Reasonable prices.
